Cooldown for AoE should be 11 (base 7 cooldown + 4 because of duration).
Also, I'm assuming the stat debuffs in the AoE are as follows: 15% Reflex, 5% Attack, 5% Defense, 5% Willpower. Correct me if I'm mistaken.
