Fighting Style: Art of The Singing Bamboo
Weapon Utilization: Wooden based weapons. This can range from sticks to tantos to wooden swords.
Description: A unique form of swordsmanship, a self-taught self-utilized form that incorporates aspects from the musical aspect of Poppaleaf with the one sword style known as Ittoryu, though the most unique aspect of this form of style is that the wielder does not typically use metal-based weaponry. This does not mean they can not it simply means they have not done so. Instead, they wield wooden weapons that typically don't even have a bladed edge, yet this style still allows them to cut as if they were wielding normal swords.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Bamboo Dance: Wooden swords seem more balanced than that of their metal counterpart, she feels much more at ease when holding one and by taking deep breaths, Poppa's reflexes are buffed by 20% but her defense is debuffed by 20%

Description:The Bamboo Ghost Song is one of Poppaleafs favorite techniques. It doesn't require force thus making the technique itself look harmless. The user simply rubs their weapon against an opponent, a structure etc. As they do so they release a gentle note from their mouth, the bamboo seems to shudder in the user's grasp. There is no immediate effect. Now this is where it differs, The user can stop singing their ghostly note on the same post as they touched a person, upon their singing ending the slash of the length of the weapon used appears where they touched a foe etc with the weapon.

Now this is where it differs, The user can stop singing their ghostly note on the same post as they touched a person, upon their singing ending the slash of the length of the weapon used appears where they touched a foe etc with the weapon. The user can sing for an extra post to keep the effect hidden until they stop singing [maximum of two posts]. - Since this technique type is a Flat, any "delayed" attacks as described in this description would purely be IC flavor and will still be delivered in the same round. As long as you're aware of that, this technique is okay. Otherwise I'd suggest turning this technique into a DoT technique type.

Technique Type: Debuff 50% - Change this to stat morph
Technique Level: 1
Maximum Base Range: Contact
Cooldown: 3 posts - Since the duration is 3 posts, that adds 3 to the cooldown. The cooldown has to be 6.

Cooldown: The Cooldown can range from a minimum of Seven Posts to a maximum of 11 Posts - The base cooldown for AoE's is 7, but this can increase depending on what your technique type will be once you update it.
Duration: The duration of this attack can range from a singular post to four posts maximum - As above, this can be dependant on what your technique type will be.
