Devil Fruit: Ryu Ryu no Mi: Model- Balaur
Devil Fruit Type: Mythical Zoan

Devil Fruit Appearance: A golden fruit with a stem that branches off five times. The fruit is spiky and resembles a dragon fruit. There are five dots around the fruit within the center.
Devil Fruit Description: A mythical zoan devil fruit that allows the user to transform into a Balaur partially and fully, a Balaur is a multi-headed mythical dragon seen in Romanian folklore. There are rumored to be three types of Balaur, earth, sky, and water Balaur. This devil fruit specifically transforms the user into a sky Balaur, granting them the power to generate electricity/lightning and control said electricity/lightning. While during a full transformation, the user can generate localize electrical storms, and create strong winds with their wings. Furthermore, when fully transformed, Tomura would grow four extra dragon heads, while his real head would remain in the middle and grow into a dragon head as well. While each of these heads seem to possess some resemblance of their own personality, Tomura (the middle head) controls them entirely. The user can only control the lightning and electricity that he has created and caused, and not from another source. Furthermore, the user can grow out wings and three tails, but a full transformation will robb him of his arms. As long as the middle head is intact, the other heads can grow back, (with a healing technique). 

Fighting Style: Golden Demise
Weapon Utilization: none
Description: Due to some of the transformations robbing him of his arm, while granting him the ability of flight or extra heads, Shigaraki has learned how to adapt his fighting style according with his partial transformations. Without a transformation activated, Shigaraki would commonly use his ability to generate and control electricity in combination with his physical abilities. However, when certain transformations are activated, mainly the ‘siren transformation’, Shigaraki would commonly use his ability to fly to swoop down and overwhelm his opponent with various kicks and barrages. Specifically, Shigaraki is notorious for swooping down, grabbing an opponent and dropping them from great heights. When multiple heads are summoned, Shigaraki is known to simply overwhelm his opponent. Utilizing the various heads to distract or even construct them, while shocking them with electricity or lightning at the same time. Shigaraki is also known to project electricity outward away from his body, or even, release beams and barrages of lightning from his mouth or the mouths of his other dragon heads. During a full transformation, Shigaraki would ultimately become a monster, overwhelming his opponent with his multiple heads, or devastating the terrain with beams and blasts of lightning. When facing a opponent who is the same size as him, or larger, Shigaraki is known to fight like a bird of prey and a venomous serpent. Taking off into the sky and swooping down onto them while releasing various waves lightning based attacks.

Toggled and Passive Abilities: 

  • The Siren: The user undergoes a partial transformation in which they will turn their hands into a pair of leathery golden wings, and their legs would transform into dragon-like legs. While this transformation is activated, the user would receive a 20% increase to reflexes, and a 5% increase to willpower. However, they will suffer from a 20% decrease to defense, and a 5% decrease to attack. This transformation increases the user’s agility while allowing them to fly. 
  • The Typhon: The user undergoes a partial transformation in which they will spout four extra dragon heads. They can summon these dragon heads from their back, or even transform their legs into these dragon heads. While this transformation is activated, the user would receive a 15% increase to willpower and a 10% increase to attack. However, they will suffer from a 25% decrease to reflexes. The user can use these heads to make unnamed attacks, once against all enemies within a single post (normal unnamed attacks can be used with them)
  • The Knight: The user undergoes a partial transformation in which they would grow out golden scales alongside their body, in similar fashion to a cloak. These scales would only leave their stomach expose, and their hands and legs would become clawed like a dragons. While this transformation is activated, the user would receive a 25% increase to defense. However, they would suffer from a 15% decrease to reflexes, and a 10% decrease to attack. If t he user chooses they can grow out a tail or two and use said tail in battle.
  • Flight: The user can grow out wings to fly



Techniques



Light Techniques:

Claw of the Balaur
Type: Flat
Cool down: 2 turns 
Duration: Instant
Flavor: The user would coat their fist in a blanket of electricity, and then punch their opponent. Upon impact, the opponent will suffer damage from both the punch, and electrocution from the electricity.  If a partial transformation prevents the user from utilizing their hands, the ability will adjust accordingly. Instead of using their arms, the user can either choose to either kick the opponent, head butt them, or swipe them with their tail. Whatever the case, the chosen appendage will be blanketed in electricity. 

Talon of the Balaur
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 2 turns 
Duration: Instant
Flavor: The user would create a blade of electricity from their fingertips, and then make two upward diagonal slashes. The slashing would cut the opponent and electrocute them upon impact with the lightning blade. If a partial transformation prevents the user from using their arms or hands, the ability adjusts accordingly. Instead of using their arms, the user would instead use their dragon talons to slash the opponent or use their tail to slash them. Whatever the case, the chosen appendage will be blanketed in electricity. 

Lance of the Balaur
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 2 turns 
Duration: Instant
Flavor: While no transformation is active, the user would generate electricity within their hand and shape it into a spear or lance. They would then chuck the lance of electricity at an opponent, piercing and electrocuting them upon impact.  If a partial transformation prevents the user from using their arms or hands, the ability adjusts accordingly. Instead of using their arms or hands, the user would instead shoot the lance of electricity from their mouth, or from one of the dragon mouths that they may have summoned.  

Static Field
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 6 turns
Duration: 2 turns
Buffs: +25% to Willpower 
Flavor: While no transformation is active, the user would create an weak electrical field around them which would largely be invisible to the human eye, or well, without the aid of haki. If individual’s are capable of seeing this weak electrical field, it would simply appear as a golden glow that would come off a couple inches away from the user’s body. 

Medium Techniques:

Grasp of the Balaur 
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 4 turns
Duration: Instant
Flavor: With no partial transformation active, the user would envelope their hand in electricity/lightning and attempt to choke slam their opponent into the ground, while shocking them with the electricity/lightning. If a partial transformation is used and the user no longer has access to their hands the technique would alter accordingly. Instead of using their arms or hands, the user would now use their dragon like talons to pick up the opponent, fly a couple of feet into the ground and drop them or slam them into the floor while shocking them.


Balaur Dragon Born
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 9 turns
Duration: 3 turns
Buffs: 30% to defense, 20% to willpower
Flavor: The user would undergo a partial transformation, during which they would completely grow out scales along their body, grow out two tails, transform their head into a dragon head with a serpentine neck, and grow out two extra heads. They also increase in size while this transformation is activated. The scales would emit an faint electrical field which would increase the user’s defensive ability. If a partial transformation is already active, the user can simply increase the strength of their scales, and have said scales emit a faint electrical field.

Heavy Techniques:

Heavenly Roar of the Balaur 
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 6 post
Duration: Instant
Flavor: With no transformation active, the user would take a deep breath, before exhaling a torrent of lightning. The torrent would cause damage to the terrain, and even posses the power to break through a wall or leave a crater.  If a partial transformation is used in which the user has summoned multiple dragon heads, they can choose to fire the torrent of lightning from all the heads, or from a single dragon head. Alternatively, the user can also choose to target one target or multiple, though, the damage is divided by the number of target’s chosen. Furthermore, in order to choose multiple targets, he needs to have more than one head summoned. 

Balaur's Constricting Grasp
Type: DoT Hybrid
Cooldown: 12 turns
Duration: 4 turns
Debuff: 30% to reflexes
Flavor: The user would undergo a partial transformation and grow out four dragon heads from their back. These dragon heads would then attack an opponent from all angles possible and wraparound said opponent. While constricting them, the dragon heads would bite down on an appendage and release an electrical current while biting them. 

The Devil With Three Heads
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 12 turns
Duration: 4 turns
Buff: 60% to Willpower, 15% to Defense
Flavor: A partial transformation that is the closet to his actual transformation, the user would undergo this transformation as a bright golden light would consume his entire body. During the transformation, the user’s head would become the head of a dragon and their neck would elongate like the body of a serpent, wings would sprout from their back, their arms would transform into dragon-like legs, while their legs would transform into two tails with a flail like tip. The user would also grow out two extra heads, making them have three heads in total. Their body would also be covered in golden scales that overlap one another like plate armor. While this transformation is activated, the user can fly and used the different heads for named and unnamed techniques. The user would become about the same size and length as a brachiosaurus.  

AoE Techniques:

Lightning Grenade 
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 8 turns
Duration: Instant
Flavor: With no transformation active, the user would release an electrical current into the air that would collect into a ball of lightning, once the ball has been completely form, he would drop it on a target area. The ball of lightning would then explode upon impact, electrocuting and knocking back everyone within the explosion. If a partial transformation prevents the user from utilizing their hands, the ability will adjust accordingly. Instead of the electricity be released from the user’s finger tips, they can instead choose to hold their wings forward and create the ball of lightning between their wings, or combine multiple lightning beams from different dragon heads. The end result is the same. 

Multi-Headed Assault 
Type: DoT/Hybrid
Cooldown: 14 turns
Duration: 4 turns
Buff: 30% to reflexes 
Flavor: The user would undergo a partial transformation in which they would summon for dragon heads with serpentine necks on their back or transform their feet into those serpentine dragon heads. If the user desires, they can also choose to summon their tails as well. Whatever the case, the user would have their multiple heads attack opponents within range. Each head will do its on thing, constricting opponents, shooting lightning bolts at them, keeping guard etc. Whatever the case, the user and their allies would receive a buff to their reflexes, as the heads would warn them of any danger coming their way.

Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 14 turns
Duration: 4 turns
Debuff: 75% to reflexes
Flavor: Undergoing a partial transformation, the user would grow out a pair of large golden wings. With these golden wings the user would start to flap them wildly, in doing so they will create strong air currents around them and kick up dirt and dust; making it difficult for enemies to target the user. Projectiles will also have a hard time getting pass the strong air currents around the user.

While during a full transformation, the user can generate localize electrical storms, and create strong winds with their wings. Furthermore, when fully transformed, Tomura would grow four extra dragon heads, while his real head would remain in the middle and grow into a dragon head as well. While each of these heads seem to possess some resemblance of their own personality, Tomura (the middle head) controls them entirely. The user can only control the lightning and electricity that he has created and caused, and not from another source. Furthermore, the user can grow out wings and three tails, but a full transformation will robb him of his arms. As long as the middle head is intact, the other heads can grow back, (with a healing technique). 

Fighting Style: Golden Demise
Weapon Utilization: none
Description: Due to some of the transformations robbing him of his arm, while granting him the ability of flight or extra heads, Shigaraki has learned how to adapt his fighting style according with his partial transformations. Without a transformation activated, Shigaraki would commonly use his ability to generate and control electricity in combination with his physical abilities. However, when certain transformations are activated, mainly the ‘siren transformation’, Shigaraki would commonly use his ability to fly to swoop down and overwhelm his opponent with various kicks and barrages. Specifically, Shigaraki is notorious for swooping down, grabbing an opponent and dropping them from great heights. When multiple heads are summoned, Shigaraki is known to simply overwhelm his opponent. Utilizing the various heads to distract or even construct them, while shocking them with electricity or lightning at the same time. Shigaraki is also known to project electricity outward away from his body, or even, release beams and barrages of lightning from his mouth or the mouths of his other dragon heads. During a full transformation, Shigaraki would ultimately become a monster, overwhelming his opponent with his multiple heads, or devastating the terrain with beams and blasts of lightning. When facing a opponent who is the same size as him, or larger, Shigaraki is known to fight like a bird of prey and a venomous serpent. Taking off into the sky and swooping down onto them while releasing various waves lightning based attacks.

Toggled and Passive Abilities: 

  • The Siren: The user undergoes a partial transformation in which they will turn their hands into a pair of leathery golden wings, and their legs would transform into dragon-like legs. While this transformation is activated, the user would receive a 20% increase to reflexes, and a 5% increase to willpower. However, they will suffer from a 20% decrease to defense, and a 5% decrease to attack. This transformation increases the user’s agility while allowing them to fly. 
  • The Typhon: The user undergoes a partial transformation in which they will spout four extra dragon heads. They can summon these dragon heads from their back, or even transform their legs into these dragon heads. While this transformation is activated, the user would receive a 15% increase to willpower and a 10% increase to attack. However, they will suffer from a 25% decrease to reflexes. The user can use these heads to make unnamed attacks, once against all enemies within a single post (normal unnamed attacks can be used with them)
  • The Knight: The user undergoes a partial transformation in which they would grow out golden scales alongside their body, in similar fashion to a cloak. These scales would only leave their stomach expose, and their hands and legs would become clawed like a dragons. While this transformation is activated, the user would receive a 25% increase to defense. However, they would suffer from a 15% decrease to reflexes, and a 10% decrease to attack. If t he user chooses they can grow out a tail or two and use said tail in battle.
  • Flight: The user can grow out wings to fly



Techniques



Light Techniques:

Claw of the Balaur
Type: Flat
Cool down: 2 turns 
Duration: Instant
Flavor: The user would coat their fist in a blanket of electricity, and then punch their opponent. Upon impact, the opponent will suffer damage from both the punch, and electrocution from the electricity.  If a partial transformation prevents the user from utilizing their hands, the ability will adjust accordingly. Instead of using their arms, the user can either choose to either kick the opponent, head butt them, or swipe them with their tail. Whatever the case, the chosen appendage will be blanketed in electricity. 

Talon of the Balaur
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 2 turns 
Duration: Instant
Flavor: The user would create a blade of electricity from their fingertips, and then make two upward diagonal slashes. The slashing would cut the opponent and electrocute them upon impact with the lightning blade. If a partial transformation prevents the user from using their arms or hands, the ability adjusts accordingly. Instead of using their arms, the user would instead use their dragon talons to slash the opponent or use their tail to slash them. Whatever the case, the chosen appendage will be blanketed in electricity. 

Lance of the Balaur
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 2 turns 
Duration: Instant
Flavor: While no transformation is active, the user would generate electricity within their hand and shape it into a spear or lance. They would then chuck the lance of electricity at an opponent, piercing and electrocuting them upon impact.  If a partial transformation prevents the user from using their arms or hands, the ability adjusts accordingly. Instead of using their arms or hands, the user would instead shoot the lance of electricity from their mouth, or from one of the dragon mouths that they may have summoned.  

Static Field
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 6 turns
Duration: 2 turns
Buffs: +25% to Willpower 
Flavor: While no transformation is active, the user would create an weak electrical field around them which would largely be invisible to the human eye, or well, without the aid of haki. If individual’s are capable of seeing this weak electrical field, it would simply appear as a golden glow that would come off a couple inches away from the user’s body. 

Medium Techniques:

Grasp of the Balaur 
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 4 turns
Duration: Instant
Flavor: With no partial transformation active, the user would envelope their hand in electricity/lightning and attempt to choke slam their opponent into the ground, while shocking them with the electricity/lightning. If a partial transformation is used and the user no longer has access to their hands the technique would alter accordingly. Instead of using their arms or hands, the user would now use their dragon like talons to pick up the opponent, fly a couple of feet into the ground and drop them or slam them into the floor while shocking them.


Balaur Dragon Born
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 9 turns
Duration: 3 turns
Buffs: 30% to defense, 20% to willpower
Flavor: The user would undergo a partial transformation, during which they would completely grow out scales along their body, grow out two tails, transform their head into a dragon head with a serpentine neck, and grow out two extra heads. They also increase in size while this transformation is activated. The scales would emit an faint electrical field which would increase the user’s defensive ability. If a partial transformation is already active, the user can simply increase the strength of their scales, and have said scales emit a faint electrical field.

Heavy Techniques:

Heavenly Roar of the Balaur 
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 6 post
Duration: Instant
Flavor: With no transformation active, the user would take a deep breath, before exhaling a torrent of lightning. The torrent would cause damage to the terrain, and even posses the power to break through a wall or leave a crater.  If a partial transformation is used in which the user has summoned multiple dragon heads, they can choose to fire the torrent of lightning from all the heads, or from a single dragon head. Alternatively, the user can also choose to target one target or multiple, though, the damage is divided by the number of target’s chosen. Furthermore, in order to choose multiple targets, he needs to have more than one head summoned. 

Balaur's Constricting Grasp
Type: DoT Hybrid
Cooldown: 12 turns
Duration: 4 turns
Debuff: 30% to reflexes
Flavor: The user would undergo a partial transformation and grow out four dragon heads from their back. These dragon heads would then attack an opponent from all angles possible and wraparound said opponent. While constricting them, the dragon heads would bite down on an appendage and release an electrical current while biting them. 

The Devil With Three Heads
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 12 turns
Duration: 4 turns
Buff: 60% to Willpower, 15% to Defense
Flavor: A partial transformation that is the closet to his actual transformation, the user would undergo this transformation as a bright golden light would consume his entire body. During the transformation, the user’s head would become the head of a dragon and their neck would elongate like the body of a serpent, wings would sprout from their back, their arms would transform into dragon-like legs, while their legs would transform into two tails with a flail like tip. The user would also grow out two extra heads, making them have three heads in total. Their body would also be covered in golden scales that overlap one another like plate armor. While this transformation is activated, the user can fly and used the different heads for named and unnamed techniques. The user would become about the same size and length as a brachiosaurus.  

AoE Techniques:

Lightning Grenade 
Type: Flat
Cooldown: 8 turns
Duration: Instant
Flavor: With no transformation active, the user would release an electrical current into the air that would collect into a ball of lightning, once the ball has been completely form, he would drop it on a target area. The ball of lightning would then explode upon impact, electrocuting and knocking back everyone within the explosion. If a partial transformation prevents the user from utilizing their hands, the ability will adjust accordingly. Instead of the electricity be released from the user’s finger tips, they can instead choose to hold their wings forward and create the ball of lightning between their wings, or combine multiple lightning beams from different dragon heads. The end result is the same. 

Multi-Headed Assault 
Type: DoT/Hybrid
Cooldown: 14 turns
Duration: 4 turns
Buff: 30% to reflexes 
Flavor: The user would undergo a partial transformation in which they would summon for dragon heads with serpentine necks on their back or transform their feet into those serpentine dragon heads. If the user desires, they can also choose to summon their tails as well. Whatever the case, the user would have their multiple heads attack opponents within range. Each head will do its on thing, constricting opponents, shooting lightning bolts at them, keeping guard etc. Whatever the case, the user and their allies would receive a buff to their reflexes, as the heads would warn them of any danger coming their way.
