Description: A mythical zoan devil fruit that allows the user the ability to turn partially or fully into a Balaur, a type of multi-headed dragon in Romanian folklore. In Romanian folklore, there were three types of Balaur, air, earth, and sky. This devil fruit specifically turns them into a sky Balaur, and in doing so grants the user the ability to generate and control lightning and miniature electrical storms. While transforming a golden aura would overcome the user and shroud his body. During a full transformation, the user would sprout five heads, grow out a pair of wings, and three flails like tails. Furthermore, when fully transformed the user will no longer have access to their hands, but they can use their eagle like talons in a similar manner to hands. When partially transforming, the user can summon the four extra dragon heads anywhere on their body. The major weakness of the devil fruit is that the user can only control electricity/lightning that they generate, and they can only create miniature electrical storms while in a full transformation. This devil fruit also unfortunately, does make him a little bigger, and thus easier to target. In a similar manner, while the middle head (Shigaraki) is dominate over all others, they each have a miniature personality. Likewise, these heads cannot speak clearly, and instead make high pitch sounds that only Shigaraki can understand and communicate with.
