Akihiko Mori's Techniques

Fighting Style: Rokushiki also known as Six Powers
Weapon Utilization: nope
Specialization: Melee
Description: Rokushiki is a special, superhuman martial arts style. It is mainly taught to Cipher Pol and Marine mid through high tier officers; though you will occasionally find a marine able to use it if they have gone through the training. Rokushiki focuses on melee combat, though you can use weapons to apply a different take on it. This combat is meant for brutalization and capture. It is not to be used lightly due to some techniques causing you to damage yourself as well.

- Light Attacks:
Shigan
Technique Level: Starting
Technique Range: 1 Meter
Technique Cooldown: 3 Posts | 2 Post duration
Technique Description: Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique, in which Mori pushes his finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. If he misses the target or the spot he is aiming for he is liable to end up spraining or possibly fracturing his finger. Attack vs Defense.
Geppo
Technique Level: Starting
Technique Range: 30 Meters
Technique Cooldown: 7 Posts | 4 Post Duration
Technique Description: Geppo allows Mori to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. Mori can pair this with Soru to allow for a much faster travel speed and thus close distance or get away at an extreme pace. Mori can use Geppou for about 1 - 5 minutes(4 posts) during a battle.
Soru
Technique Level: Starting
Technique Range: 30 Meters
Technique Cooldown: 3 Posts | 1 Post Duration
Technique Description: Soru allows Mori to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. In essence it allows Mori to gains +25% reflex for a single attack, however, while moving at this speed, Mori suffers -25% defense, taking heavier damage if an attack was to still successfully land on him. It only lasts for one attack/post.
Kami-e
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: Personal
Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts | 2 Post Duration
Technique Description: Kami-e makes the Moris' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper. It allows him to gain +50% reflex in exchange for not attacking at all, while using Kami-e, Mori will be similar to a piece of paper and thus take a -25% to defense if someone's reflex is higher than his. Mori can use this ability for 2 posts and due to Kami-e he wont be able to attack or move for those 2 posts.

Technique Description: Mori flips onto his hands, then kicks his opponent up into the air. Thus enabling him to use Circumference Sever easier as well as several other attacks. Attack vs. Defense.

Technique Description: This attack is simply a rapid-fire version of the normal Shigan technique that hits the enemy multiple times. Pairing Soru to this attack allows him to gain +25% attack and Reflex while taking a devastating -50% to defense.
Rokuogan Death Wave
Technique Level: 10
Technique Range: 1m
Technique Cooldown: 20 Posts | 1 Post Duration
Technique Description: Similar to how Circumference Sever attacks the insides of the body, Death wave does as well. But this attack is far more devastating, it applies haki in it allowing him to gain +25% to Willpower and +25% to attack, but he also suffers -50% to defense, and damages his own body with the attack.

Technique Description: Mori creates a large, powerful Rankyaku in the shape of a swirl, which is launched at the enemy like a razor blade. When it hits the opponent, he/she is damaged and stunned, with an ability to send him/her flying if they get caught in mid-air by it. The stun lasts through 3 posts and he takes a side-effect of being Short of Breath(50% attack debuff). If a person has less than 25% defense than Mori's Attack; they are stunned for 3 posts. 25% defense less of Mori's attack results in a 3 post stun.
'Circumference Sever'
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: 50m
Technique Radius: 50m
Technique Cooldown: 25 posts
Technique Description: In this attack, he spins around quickly in a circle while standing on one hand, Mori uses his reflexes and speed to create something akin to a vortex and sends the waves out toward the opposite walls. It has been known to cause massive damage not only to people but to buildings that are supposed to withstand even hurricanes. If caught by this attack the damage to a person’s body will not be on the outside but in the inside instead. it can rupture blood vessels and shatter bones. This is Attack vs. Defense.

Sat Jul 16, 2016 2:50 pm1. Rokushiki is not just taught mainly to Cipher Pol agents. Otherwise, Coby wouldn't be using it when he fought Luffy, nor would all the Vice Admirals use it. It's simply taught to mid-to-high level Navy and World Government agents.
2. Your equipment tech does not go here. Those techs are completely separate from your fighting style.
3. Geppo: Do not say "roughly 3 posts". The maximum duration of techs must be absolute. And also, for this tech, and any other techs that have a duration of more than 1 posts, include it with the technique Cooldown to make them easier to spot.

2. Storm Leg must stun for either 1 post or 3 posts, unless you explain what determines how long they are stunned for. Also, you cannot stun just any one, since your attack is also a damage-dealing technique. Make it so the stun only works on opponents with less than 25% defense than your attack. Also, being "short of breath" needs to come with an actual stat debuff to represent it. I would recommend a 50% attack debuff for however many posts you decide to stun opponents for.

If a person has less than 25% defense than Mori's Attack; they are stunned for 3 posts. 15% defense less than Mori's Attack; 2 Posts. 10% defense less than Mori's Attack; 1 Post.
^ I think I confused you with the stat comparisons here. When I said "less than 25% defense of your attack", what I meant was that their defense would be 25% of your attack. So, if your attack was 100, then their defense would need to be 25 or less for them to be stunned. So, please change that accordingly and sorry for confusing you.
