Having embarked from Karate Island on the adventure of a lifetime, Volo reaches the first stop of the journey, Black Drum Island. There he encounters a local schemer who takes advantage of the green horns naivety and lures Volo into a dangerous plot to sneak into a naval base. Once inside, a surprise awaits for the young Air Pirate Captain!

Summary: It's been a few months since Stein left his home, Lvneel. Along the way while he hitched rides on fisherman's boats and other odd jobs such as being a bodygaurd for merchants, he found out about a revolutionary recruiter in Baterilla. This process was secretive ofcourse and in many cases, those who overhear peeps about the revolutionaries are killed in their sleep. But the old men who found him thought his devil fruit made him an interesting target.

Weeks go by on baterilla and Stein had done very little. He's worked in the ship yard and trolled about for sleezy people, but cant seem to find any revolutionaries. That is until the recruiter approaches him, an unlikely man named saul. Saul who has no bounty or name to brag about will interview stein through daily interaction, trying to see if hes fit to follow a mysterious organzation that even he, has no idea where they're going.

After passing saul's initial examination, he gives stein a task which involves smoking out small criminal syndicate causing havoc on the island. Due to their activities, it's making it harder for the actual revs to make moves. So he wants stein to prove his worth and tackle the issue with two conditions:

1. without making a name for himself
2. without being captured by the marines

stein will see a lot of bad things in this task, but a lot of them are basic mafia stuff. money laundering, breaking people's legs etc. He'll be faced with the realization also, that the marines let them exist because it's easier to do so, as long as they get a cut. And be faced with the conundrum of having to finish the job without breaking either of the conditions.

at the end of the episode, once he's finished. Saul will kick his naive ass to make sure he understands that being under his wing is not going to be easy. But the second to instill the fear that most logia do not possess. Goal: survive 5 rounds with saul after he uses haki

at the end of the day though, stein's mess will be covered up. there will be no big commotion other than a few angry citizens.

Summary:

After uncovering some information about a special cargo being shipped to Briss, a group of pirates and revolutionaries would band together to intercept the ship carrying he cargo and take it as their own. Unfortunately, their information was not too reliable, and the special cargo is slaves.  In the next episode, the group would attempt to find a way to smuggle the slaves to freedom, and they would meet with a smuggler to plan for the slaves to return home free. However, the Briss government hearing about the attack on their special cargo tightens their grip of Briss. The smuggler cutting a deal with the Lords of Briss manages to orchestrate a trap, and as the deal is being made, the guards would attack the newbie pirates. With Briss on high alert, the newbies would be forced to find a way to leave, and flee the island.

Summary: On his travels around South Blue, Karl once again faces the shortage of coin. To remove that problem and keep on traveling, he needs to earn the coin again. The best way he knows how to do it is by tending a local bar.  Tending the bar there doesn't earn him much, which forces him to stick around for a bit longer than usually. Due to this, he has had a chance to be one of those "Knowing bartenders" and learn about somewhat darker secrets that happen around the Town, namely about a small gambling den lead by a very small pirate crew.  This information could be vital in shaping Karl's rest of life, question is, will it really do so? His part of the den seeks one of new comers, a pirate named Volo.

However, Richard isn't the only merchant with perked ears and Castor has tons of treasure to levy.

Summary: Fresh off the boat, Karl was on his way to find another job for himself to hard-earn his coin. He still had a bit of way to go until he reached the main city on the island, Beach Hope. On his way there, he had to make a small stop in a very small village, to use his remaining money to buy himself some water and something to snack from local store. That is when he encounters a group of Marines who are not really up for any good around the store. Karl did not like the sight, deciding to try and do some good for the store instead.

Yet, if this man's as well and truly caught as it seems...why does he still have that grin on his face?
And why does it seem like he's exactly where he intended to be?

Approved! But, two comments:
1. Not many people are around in East Blue right now. You may have a harder time finding RP partners.
2. If you intend to take this quest onto an island once you make landfall, the thread should be created in either "Uncharted Islands", or one of the existing canon islands. The Open Sea section is meant for quests that almost entirely take place on open water.

Summary: Shigaraki has heard rumors of a performer, Sho, who might have anti-World Government leanings. His plan is to infiltrate one of Sho's concerts to get a sense for the man. Upon meeting an invitation will be extended for Sho to meet with a journalist who can help with publicity. Unbeknownst to Sho, but known to Shigaraki, the journalist is being targeted by the local Marines under orders from the King of Briss. It seems the journalist has been publishing some rather slanderous articles lately and the King wants it silenced... for good. Sho and Shigaraki will arrive just in time to interrupt this censorship. With the knowledge that the journalist has one last salacious story, that could further damage the King's reputation, it is up to the duo to evade the hunting parties of marines and secure the printing press. Holding it long enough for the journalist to print his final paper in Briss before they all make their mad escape off the island.

I would not recommend doing a +3 boss for your first quest. I advise you to first practice using the combat system on a +1 boss at the highest. This quest is still approved though.

At your current level, I would not recommend dealing with characters at the top of the food chain of islands. Your quest must not affect the royalty of a kingdom. Quests capable of threatening the island's hierarchy should be reserved for turf conquests.

Summary: Theon got a building gig for one Morgan Philip, an off-branch member of the royalty. The guy's societal status is basically a joke among his peers but he is still royalty nonetheless and has a wealth that will last him a lifetime. He is tempestuous, garnering a general dislike from the lands that he owns, which in the inhabitants eyes, are only second to the king in reputation. Theon may not agree with what he says or does, but a job is a job.

Richard, on the other hand, finds Morgan's lack of connection to his other family members, alongside a lack of security for his home a good chance to get nice and rich by taking his wealth. The only concern is a certain bodyguard, which may not be an actual concern for him, but a hindrance at the very least. Through some means, Richard will get Theon's help and use his already established connection with Morgan to start a daring heist for Morgan's wealth and fortune.
