Not sure you've noted that the boss is a level 40 and there are eight level 30 minibosses to fight. I don't recommend facing these bosses at your current levels (even if you're teaming up against them). I'm approving the quest request, but, you're welcome to reconsider. You are very likely to die.

Seems a tall order, but Anton and the Knights have been through worse.
There is, unfortunately, an active Turf Contestation Arc on Rubeck Island, so you'll either have to pick a new island, or ask the ones who're trying to conquer it now if they want to drop out. Also, I assume the two Vice Admirals you've referred to are Raines and Hornigold?
