Summary: Muse has just woken up on a small islet in the Jolly Keys, after having just been literally thrown away by his friend. His first mission is to find shelter and orient himself in this unfamiliar environment. As he explores, he happens upon a small group of fishermen, with one older gent in need of medical help. Suddenly reminded of his original goals in life, he must his use skills as a doctor and botanist to help the man, hopefully earning himself a place to stay until he can figure out how to progress from there.

Time Range: January 1829

Summary: Bounty Hunter Luka was hired by a local fisherman to rescue his daughter and his fishing boat from a group called The Weird Science Pirates. Luka searched local watering holes into he found a dive named Slimy’s Dime and Dive, where some of the pirates and coincidentally Orion were chilling. Orion learned they had stolen a boat and set his own agenda. When Luka got in a bind questioning them, Orion assisted him and was then recruited in helping Luka apprehending the remaining ones.

After a brief foray into “interrogation”, Orion and Luka learned the location of the pirates hostage and the fishing vessel. They quickly assessed the location and launched an attack subduing the pirates and killing the captain. Luka busied himself freeing the daughter of the fisherman while Orion slipped away on the boat.

Summary: The Grand Matron was hosting a Moonlight Sisters Auction once again. Black Market goods for Nobles and Criminals alike. It's this that Orion happens upon while minding his own business, enjoying a good float. Off the coast of Swallow Island, they promised riches and treasures galore. Unable to resist the siren call of potential Knick Knacks, Orion headed towards the flotilla. Orion didn't spend long browsing the wares, as anything of actual worth to him was not present. He set his sights on a long line, the end of which held captive a Mink Slave on display.

Orion is many things and does many things. Slaves are his biggest no-no. Chaos erupts quickly as his direct assault on Mr. Fox and then release of the slave set all the fury of the Moonlight Sisters upon them. After enough destruction, Orion and Milo slip away in the chaos.

Not all is wrapped up though. One Sister finds herself washed up on a lonely shore. Orion and Milo have earned the ire of the Grand Matron and her ilk. Her connections throughout the world and with the WG will not let this slight stand. He has not seen the last of her.

Violence begets Violence.

Time Range: January 25, 1829 - January 27, 1829

Summary: Ickarus awakens from a nightmare that forced him to view the memory of the day his adoptive father died. Unable to fall back asleep, he ensured his ship, Candlelight, is set on the right path for Torino Kingdom. Upon landing on the jungle-filled island, Ickarus is chased by a Masukeredomo Goayu Bird, which he injures.

Harming one of these birds is a crime against the Torino Tribe, however, and Ickarus is put on trial. Before being sentenced to several years of servitude under the Torinos, a former navigator Torino, Nauplius Tiphys, intervenes. He takes Ickarus and the wounded Masukeredomo Goayu Bird to his home on the shore, where he teaches Ickarus in the culture of Torino Kingdom and provides a rudimentary understanding of Torino medicine to the pirate.

During this time, a pirate crew by the name of the Warbender Pirates arrive and declare they are going to take the treasure for which the island is nicknamed by force. After an hour of prep, battle breaks out, and Ickarus launches into a fight with the captain, Marse. During the battle, Ickarus is mortally wounded after being chased to the top of the tree in the center of the island. He is saved by the Masukeredomo Goayu Birds, led by the one Ickarus helped heal.

Following the personal loss but overall victory, Ickarus is surprised to find that Nauplius wants to join his crew as a navigator. Ickarus happily agrees, and the two set out for the next island.

Summary: After a perilous storm hits the sea near Loguetown, Skoll and Doji both find themselves "rescued" by nearby pirate crews. Causing trouble wherever they step, it doesn't take too long for the duo to make enemies with the wrong people. During the ensuing chaos, a cocky samurai by the name of Minamoto Raiko mentions the existence of a castle fit for giants. With both of their ships either destroyed or heavily damaged from the storm, the monsters have no choice but to join Raiko's crew if they wish to see the fortress with their own eyes.

When the explorers reach the castle, they meet the elderly giant Sophroniscus and his daughter Juri. Seeing promise in the appearance of someone like Skoll, Sophroniscus tells the group of the dangers that lurk within and below the castle, and how they can free the walking fortresses legs. Entrusted with the key to the engine room, Skoll and co. descend into the cave. Skoll, Doji, and the others are faced with their deepest insecurities. Through teamwork the castle's legs are freed, but not without causing the very cave to begin collapsing. Following the narrow escape, the engine is started and the castle jumps from the small island.

With the castle freed and their goals clear, Skoll and Doji return to Loguetown. At the same time, enemies new and old lie in wait to settle their various scores.

Summary: After Naoki's clash with his former employer, he ends up on the Conomi Islands, trying to find new work. There, he hears how a group of wanted pirates are demanding tribute from the citizens. Hearing this inspires Naoki to try his luck as a bounty hunter. Similarly, Lavender starts his journey as a bounty hunter as well, targeting the same group of pirates- leading to the two Oni crossing paths and joining forces.
