He tucks his dress shirt into a pair of black trousers that are, similar to his shirt talilored to fit his body and chooses to wear a black belt with the buckle that has 'MARINE' engraved on it. Nero likes to finish his uniform with the typical justice marine coat that he keeps draped over his shoulder and a white cap with 'MARINE' printed in blue text. A gold pendant is the only accessory he wears as it was left to him by his parents.
Description: Nero is a neat looking man of very fair skin and can be considered fairly tall standing at an even six foot. His body is covered in multi-sized scared covers from events in his past but are usually covered by his uniform.

From the youngest age that he could remember Nero has always loved Archeology, as if it was in his blood. The marine is constantly wanting to learn more about the world he lives in and the history that it holds, willing to travel far and wide to find new things. He is known to be a very kind hearted and loving person to his family and civilians, always making sure they are having a good time and doing his best to cheer them up if they seem sad. Nero has another side of him that harbours a deep hatred for all things pirate as he has seen nothing but terrible things from them. He is a firm believer that the Marines are the keepers of justice here to stop priates and protect the innocent, making sure that no matter what happens he will always make sure the civilians make it out even at the cost of his life. As he believes the Marines are the keepers of justice, he isn't to fond of marines who encourage and participate in corrupt activities as they soil the name of those who have sworn to upkeep what is right and protect those who can't protect themselves. He would have no problem chasing down a corrupt marine as he sees them in the same light as pirates if not worse.
- History:
Neros life began with him being abandoned on the doorstep of a man named Genma Vidal twenty-one years ago. The crying infant appeared out of thin air one cold winter night and would have been left to freeze in the snow if Genma hadn't needed to go out for a forgotten ingredient for his dinner that night. Baby Nero was wrapped in a black blanket with a pendant accompanied by a note which told Genma his name and that whoever had left him was sorry but they had no other choice. The pendant had a marking on it that looked vaguely familiar but he couldn't put his finger on it at the moment and after a few hours of pondering considered keeping the child and raising him as his own.
Genma was a former marine now full time archeologist that settled himself on an island in the west blue to continue his work and never expected to see himself with a baby. Nero didn't keep Genma from doing his work however, he never cried much and was only interested in what Genma was doing. He would teach Nero the ways of Archeology and tell him stories of his time as a marine, sparking interest in the career path as he wanted to be just as cool as his father.
In Neros early teenage years he and Genma began traveling and doing work together, one day they got caught up in the crossfire between pirates who invaded a town on an island they had visited to find out about something Genma had been researching. While trying to help people escape from pirates Nero had gotten himself splitten up from his father and was cornered before being brutally attacked. Luckily before they could kill him Genma had found his way there and distracted them from Nero, grabbing his son and running as fast as he could to get him help. It took awhile for him to recover and the young boy was left with scars all over but it wouldn't stop him from doing what he loved.
Three years after the incident Nero had fully recovered and had continued his journey with Genma. While exploring some ruins on an island the duo had come across a strange fruit which was made of fire, since the two eere hungry after hours of walking they decided to split the fruit. Little did they both know it was actually a devil fruit and with Nero eating his half first would gain the powers of the Mera Mera no Mi. It wasn't until the two where cornered by a giant animal and Nero threw a fist of flames that they would notice the effects of what they had just ate.
At the ripe age of 19 Nero finally decided that it was time for him to follow one of his dreams and that was to become a marine archeologist. He said his goodbyes to Genma and made his way off, where he enlisted and is now a full-time marine. Nero had become interested in sciences after meeting with a marine scientist named Rio who showed him the possibilities that an archeologist and scientists could make in the world. Nero is now often found in labs while not on duty and is waiting to see what adventures comes next in his new life as a marine.
