After a few sips, his vision blurs, lowering his Reflex and Defense by 20 points...only to reveal that hes got a bit of the Drunken Fist in him. Opponents targeting him suffer a -40 penalty to Reflex due to his unpredictable movements.
This penalty does not apply to their attacks on others, however. Perhaps a prank turned wrong?
