This is where you will find information regarding the process of obtaining Important World Positions.
If you meet the requirements for a certain position and are interested in applying for it, please contact a Mod or Admin via PM listing how you meet each of the requirements. (Please provide appropriate links for proof.)
You cannot apply for a position if it is currently at maximum capacity unless the position is filled by an NPC. In this case, you may still apply for it. If you are qualified, the NPC will be queued for demotion through an appropriate story event. This does mean that you will need to wait until an appropriate story can be executed to allow the change in positions (which may take a significant time depending on how high up the ladder an NPC is).
The requirements for World Positions are subject to change without notice.

WORLD GOVERNMENT
COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF (Max: 1)
- Bonuses:
All Fleet Admiral bonuses apply.
Income Bonus: +0.50
Command: Can give general instructions to the Fleet Admiral, which the Fleet Admiral is obligated to act upon.
Command: Can dismiss admirals from service. (Must provide legible RP reason.)
Command: Can command all Cipher Pol agencies except CP-0.
- Requirements:
Previous Service: Must have served as a Fleet Admiral in at least 2 Sagas or World Events.
GOROSEI (Max: 5)
- Bonuses:
All Celestial Dragon bonuses apply.
Devil's Advocate: If you have served as a Gorosei the longest among all Gorosei, you will gain a +100 stat bonus. You will keep this even if you lose your position.
Income Bonus: +1.00
Command: Can order Fleet Admiral and Admirals towards a specific goal.
Command: Can dismiss Fleet Admiral or an Admiral from service.
Command: Can order all Cipher Pol chiefs towards a specific goal.
Command: Can create a World Event and set its terms. (Must be lore friendly and approved by an admin.)
Command: Can revoke the status of a Celestial Dragon. (Must provide legible RP reason.)
Command: Can assign or revoke the status of a Shichibukai. (Must provide legible RP reason.)
- Requirements:
Character Level 100: Must completely overhaul your level 100 character (bio, DF claim, Face Claim, Techniques, everything) to turn him into a Gorosei.
Quality Score S: Must have achieved a quality score of S in at least 1 World Event.
Character Age 70+: Your new character must be 70+ years old to fit the title of the position—"Five Elder Stars".
Consensus: All Gorosei must be agreed on a command before that command can be executed.
CELESTIAL DRAGONS (Max: 18, unless related)
- Bonuses:
Income Bonus: +2.00
Command: Can demand intervention from an Admiral or a CP-0 agent (chief not included) in any thread if attacked. (Must provide legible RP reason.) (Note that the Admiral may not interfere for another 3 rounds of posts, so you may still be hurt or killed before that point if you remain in combat. And if an Admiral defeats a Quest Boss for you, you will not receive that Quest Boss' Difficulty Bonus. The same applies when summoning CP-0 agents, but CP-0 agents can be summoned within 1 round instead of 3.)
Command: All characters must kneel and bow in your presence or risk your wrath.
- Requirements:
Character Level 60: Must be at least level 60.
Quality Score S: Must have achieved a quality score of S or higher in at least 2 Sagas or World Events.
New Character Slot: The Celestial Dragon character must be created using a new character account unless you are replacing your previous level 60+ character.
Level reset: The new character must start at level 1 unless you are replacing your level 60+ character, in which case you may start your Celestial Dragon at the same level as your previous character.
Naming and history approval: While you will have some degree of freedom towards creating your character's history and name, if all of the Celestial Dragon families have already been established, you must work with the existing lore.
CIPHER POL
CP0 CHIEF (Max: 1)
- Bonuses:
Strolling Death: You gain a +200 stat bonus. You will keep this bonus even if you lose or give up your position.
Income Bonus: +0.50; +0.25 for your second-in-command.
Command: Can command all CP0 agents. These agents are obligated to act upon the Chief's orders.
Command: Can dismiss any CP0 agent.
Command: Can recruit any player as a CP0 agent. (That player must still meet the position requirements.)
Command: Can manipulate a single news article in the News Coo after every World Event.
Information Metagame: Can find out the entire Bio and RP History of a single entire crew for each Quest with a Quality Score of S or higher. This can be done even against the player characters' will.
Information Metagame: Can find out the entire Bio and RP History of one single player character and the history of all of the NPC crewmates affiliated with that particular character after each Quest completed with a Quality Score of A. This can be done even against the player character's will.
Information Metagame: Can have a CP0 agent find out two details about every character's past (whether it be from the Bio History or the RP History).
- Requirements:
Character Level 100: Must be level 100.
Quality Score S+: Must have achieved a quality score of S+ in at least 1 World Event.

Command: Can recruit any player as a CP9 agent. (That player must still meet the position requirements.)

- Requirements:

Quality Score B: Must have completed at least 1 Arc with a quality score of B or higher.

Previous Service: Must have served as a Marine previously in at least 1 Arc, Saga, or World Event.

Command: Can command up to 4 non-crewmate marine player characters not holding important positions. These marines are obligated to act upon the Commodore's commands.

Character Level 30: Must be at least level 30. OR (see alternate requirement below.)
Boss Kill +2 (Optional): Must be at least level 20 and have defeated at least one boss with a +2 difficulty.
Quality Score B: Must have completed at least 2 Episodes with a quality score of B or higher.
Boss Kill +1: Must have defeated at least one boss with a +1 difficulty.
NEW REVOLUTIONARY ARMY
COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF (Max: 1)
- Bonuses:
Strolling Death: You gain a +200 stat bonus. You will keep this bonus even if you lose or give up your position.
Income Bonus: +0.30; +0.15 for all of your direct crewmates. (Other NRA world positions are not considered your direct crewmates.)
Command: Can command all lower-ranking revolutionary characters. These revolutionaries are obligated to act upon the Commander-in-Chief's commands.
Command: Can dismiss any revolutionary from the NRA. (Must provide legible RP reason.)
Command: Can promote any character RP-wise to a Chief of Staff, General, or Commander position. (The character must still meet that position's requirements.)
Companion Level Upgrades: One of your level 50+ Companions can be instantly levelled up to level 90.
Turf Upgrades: You can choose any one of your turfs to become your “Base of Operations". Then you may choose up to two upgrades for that Turf that you will be granted for free.

SHICHIBUKAI (Max: 7)
- Bonuses:
Devil's Advocate: If you have served as a Shichibukai the longest among all Shichibukai, you will gain a +100 stat bonus. You will keep this even if you lose your position.
Income Bonus: +0.20
Shop Discount 25%: 25% discount on all Shop of Dreams purchases.
Freedom of Travel: You and your crewmates may participate in Episode quests in different seas simultaneously.
Information Metagame: In each thread, you can find out one background detail about every character in your thread even if the players aren't willing.
Liaison: Can have a marine liaison join the crew as an official member and benefit from crew reward bonuses.
- Requirements:
Character Level 60: Must be at least level 60.
Quality Score S: Must have achieved a quality score of S in at least 1 Saga or World Event.
Boss Kill +4: Must have defeated at least one quest boss with a +4 difficulty or higher (must be the character who dealt the highest damage).
RP Law-abiding: While Shichibukai are given some degree of freedom towards criminality if you are caught RP-wise doing something horribly law-breaking, your membership may be revoked by the Gorosei or the Fleet Admiral.
SUPER VETERANS (Max: ∞)
- Bonuses:
Devil's Advocate: If you are the first mate of the highest level Yonkou, you gain a +100 stat bonus. You will keep this bonus even if you lose or give up your position.
Income Bonus: +0.20
Shop Discount 20%: 20% discount on all future Shop of Dreams purchases.
Companion Level Upgrades: One of your level 30+ Companions can be instantly levelled up to level 70.
- Requirements:
Character Level 80: Must be at least level 80.

BLOCKBUSTERS (Max: ∞)

Bounty 300mil: Must have a minimum bounty of 300,000,000 berries.

SUPERNOVAS (Max: ∞)
- Bonuses:
Shop Discount 10%: 10% discount on all future Shop of Dreams purchases.
- Requirements:
Character Level 40: Must be at least level 40. OR (see alternate requirement below.)
Boss Kill +3 (Optional): Must be at least level 20 and have defeated at least one boss with a +3 difficulty.

Previous Service: Must have earned a 10,000,000 or higher bounty increase in at least 1 quest in the Grand Line or in at least 1 World Event.
BOUNTY HUNTERS
SIX-STAR (Max: 1)
- Bonuses:
Devil's Advocate: You gain a +100 stat bonus. You will keep this bonus even if you lose or give up your position.
Income Bonus: +0.30
Shop Discount 30%: 30% discount on all Shop of Dreams purchases as long as you hold this position.
Freedom of Travel: You and your crewmates can have simultaneous active threads in any of the seas.
Command: You can demand any other bounty hunter to give up their pursuit of a bounty, and they must comply or risk losing their bounty hunter position. You must pursue this bounty in their stead, otherwise, they will be allowed to continue their pursuit.
Companion Level Upgrades: One of your level 50+ Companions can be instantly levelled up to level 90.
Information Metagame: In each thread, you can find out the entire history of every character even if the player isn't willing.
- Requirements:
BHA Rank 1: Must hold Rank 1 in the Bounty Hunters' Association.

LURKING LEGENDS (Max: ∞)

Information Metagame: In each thread, you can find out the entire Bio and RP History of a single character even if the player isn't willing.
- Requirements:
Retired Legend: Must have previously held one of the following positions - Fleet Admiral, Admiral, Gorosei, CP0 Chief, Six-Star Bounty Hunter, NRA Commander-in-Chief, Yonkou.
No longer "Important": Must not actively hold any other important positions.
UNDERWORLD EMPERORS (Max: 12)
- Bonuses:
Income Bonus: +0.20; +0.10 for all of your direct crewmates.
Shop Discount 30%: 30% discount on all future Shop of Dreams purchases.
Information Metagame Brokering: Can find out the entire Bio and RP History of a single character crew after each Quest completed with a Quality Score of A or higher. This can be done even against the player characters' will. You may then sell this meta-information in the Trading Forum to a single player character.
- Requirements:
Character Level 70: Must be at least level 70.
Companion Level 50: Must have at least one companion level 50 or above.
Connections: Must have completed at least two sagas, three arcs, or five episodes with a character (or characters) holding a world position with a quality score of S or higher.
UNDERWORLD BROKERS (Max: 24)
- Bonuses:
Income Bonus: +0.10
Shop Discount 20%: 20% discount on all future Shop of Dreams purchases.
Shop Brokering: Can broker a single Shop of Dreams item after each Quest completed with a Quality Score of A or higher. The purchasee will receive an extra 10% Shop Discount and you will receive 10% of the purchase's base price up to a maximum of 20,000,000 berries.
- Requirements:
Character Level 40: Must be at least level 40.
Connections: Must have completed at least one saga, two arcs, or five episodes with a character (or characters) holding a world position with a quality score of A or higher.
Bounty under 300mil: Must have no bounty or a bounty under 300,000,000 berries.
HAS-BEENS (Max: ∞)
- Bonuses:
Shop Discount 20%: 20% discount on all future Shop of Dreams purchases.
Information Metagame: In each thread, you can find out a single detail about a single player character even if the player isn't willing.
- Requirements:
Retired Bigshot: Must have previously held one of the following positions - Celestial Dragon, Vice Admiral, CP9 Chief, CP0 Agent, CP9 Agent, Five-Star Bounty Hunter, NRA Chief-of-Staff, NRA General, Underworld Emperor.
