Devil Fruit: Gomu Gomu no Mi (Rubber Rubber Fruit)
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Appearance: The fruit has a round shape with swirl like patterns, and is purple in color with a stem at the top that curls up a bit.
Devil Fruit Description: The Gomu Gomu no Mi turns the user into a rubber human, or in Noel's case, a rubber rabbit. The fruit gives the user the same properties as rubber such as being able to stretch out, expand and retract parts of their body for various purposes. This fruit also gives the use's now rubber like body nigh-invulnerability to blunt damage.
Fighting Style: Loony Fighting
Weapon Utilization: Body, Mallet
Description: Noel has figured out a way to weaponize her silly antics, combining it with her destructive tendencies, and her now rubber like body to create Loony Fighting, a fighting style that revolves around combating others in some of the most bizarre, destructive, and sometimes comical ways. Although some of her techniques may come off as logical, a majority of them will possibly leave her opponents wondering if she is even being serious. Hell, sometimes it leaves Noel wondering the same thing.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Loony Brawler(Toggle) While using the power of her devil fruit, Noel can make herself a lot more light on her feet and flexible to help further the unpredictability, and bounciness of her techniques, buffing her Reflex at 20% but at the cost of 20% of her defense due to being less likely to protect herself.
Noel SMASH (Toggle) Noel's usual cheerful, and fun loving personality begins to blend in with her urge to destroy things,
Ya Feel Something? (Passive) Thanks to her rubber like body, Noel is immune to all forms of blunt UT and taking fall damage. When it comes to Named Blunt Techniques however, if the attacker's attack is below 50% of Noel's defense then she will take no damage from those as well.
Rubber Body (Passive) Since Noel's body is naturally like rubber, she can freely stretch, or retract any part of it, or have parts of her body be unwillingly stretched by others if they pull hard enough.
How "Shocking" (Passive) Just like rubber, Noel's body works like an insulator, giving her full immunity to UT and naturally formed lightning, as well as giving her the ability to hit an electric logia user without the need of haki. Against named lightning attacks, if the attacker's attack is below 50% of Noel's defense then she will not take any damage from those as well.

The fruit gives the user the same properties as rubber such as being able to stretch out, expand and retract parts of their body for various purposes. This fruit also gives the use's now rubber like body nigh-invulnerability to blunt damage.
Fighting Style: Loony Fighting

Description: Noel has figured out a way to weaponize her silly antics, combining it with her destructive tendencies, and her now rubber like body to create Loony Fighting, a fighting style that revolves around combating others in some of the most bizarre, destructive, and sometimes comical ways. Although some of her techniques may come off as logical, a majority of them will possibly leave her opponents wondering if she is even being serious. Hell, sometimes it leaves Noel wondering the same thing.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Loony Brawler(Toggle) While using the power of her devil fruit, Noel can make herself a lot more light on her feet and flexible to help further the unpredictability, and bounciness of her techniques, buffing her Reflex at 20% but at the cost of 20% of her defense due to being less likely to protect herself.
Noel SMASH (Toggle) Noel's usual cheerful, and fun loving personality begins to blend in with her urge to destroy things,making her a little cuckoo in the head as well asgiving her Attack a 20% buff, and Willpower a 20% debuff.
Ya Feel Something? (Passive) Thanks to her rubber like body, Noel is immune to all forms of blunt UT and taking fall damage. When it comes to Named Blunt Techniques however, if the attacker's attack is below 50% of Noel's defense then she will take no damage from those as well.
Rubber Body (Passive) Since Noel's body is naturally like rubber, she can freely stretch, or retract any part of it, or have parts of her body be unwillingly stretched by others if they pull hard enough.
How "Shocking" (Passive) Just like rubber, Noel's body works like an insulator, giving her full immunity to UT and naturally formed lightning, as well as giving her the ability to hit an electric logia user without the need of haki. Against named lightning attacks, if the attacker's attack is below 50% of Noel's defense then she will not take any damage from those as well.

Once she believes she's far enough, Noel will quickly retract her arms, pulling herself quickly towards her target while aiming her feet at them to deliver a powerful kick! (If she already has some distance between her foe, Noel can just skip the backing up part, and stretch her arms out towards the target to get a grip on them, then pull herself in.)
