It has the appearance of a HoneyDew melon, it's color being a green and having various black lines streaking around it.
Devil Fruit Description: This fruit allows the user to increase the speed, strength, and size of the things the user touches, up to 100 times the original. This can be used on bullets and cannonballs, as well as the user's speed. The increased speed can bring forth powerful momentum to increase the power of the user's physical attacks, while the sudden increase in size can increase physical strength and destructive range of the weapon.
Fighting Style: Moa Moa Rokushiki
Weapon Utilization: No standalone weapons
Description: Scott uses his Moa Moa no mi abilities to enhance both his attack power and speed but also increase the efficiency of his Rokushiki techniques to amazing levels. Using both his body and anything inorganic Scott can make just about anything a weapon of mass destruction.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Moa Moa Soru: Scott activates Soru but increases it speeds it with his fruit increasing his reflex by 20% but decreasing his defense and willpower by 10%.
Moa Moa Power Boost: Using his devil fruit, Scott increases his attack by 20% but decreases his Defense by 20%.
Nothing's Too Good To Have More Of!: Scott uses his devil fruit ability to increase the size, power or speed of himself or something inorganic from 1-100x. (Will usually just use this for stuff in rp, if I increase something in combat it will be used in a technique.)

You only have one thing I found that needs fixing and that is your DoT Hybrid "Moa Moa Rankyaku". The duration of the debuff should be 4, thus making your cooldown 9.
