He likes going after big names to prove he is stronger and has his eyes set on one day being a Yonko of the New World. He has no desire to be the Pirate King as the idea being that the person who wants to be the king has to beat him first. He is a man of quick decision and doesn't much care for forethought. Happy to thrash any marine, pirate, bounty hunter, or revolutionary in his way. A merciless man he can go a bit wild in battle and really let loose.
To his allies he can be distant and cautious. He has a hard time putting his trust in someone and feels it is something earned and not just given. This can make others feel as if he sees himself better or doesn't care for them but that isn't true. He has just known pain and betrayal his entire life that he finds it impossible to blindly trust others.
Combat: Victor loves to fight, often times he smiles and laughs when a fight is really getting him excited. Though he has to be careful when it comes to his berserk nature. In this state he becomes berserk, ignoring his wounds and seeking only to destroy everyone he can get his hands on. In battle he is ruthless and merciless, seeking to break his enemy down to the bone. He can be reckless and wild with a blood lust that even regular people can feel coming off of him. He cares not for what someone's rank or bounty, he refuses to bow to anyone from world nobles to kings. Anyone who tries to make him will taste his love for blood.

Victor never knew where he was born, what sea he hailed from or who his parents were. His first memories were not of love or gentleness or smiles. His first memories were of pain and blood. The lash, the fist, and finally the worst pain of all: The Branding. Upon his back a brand of a claw was burned, a dragons claw. Victor was sold into slavery as just a child, the celestial dragon had a idea of a perfect bodyguard was to raise one up. From the time he could walk Victor was trained in brutal combat, under the most extreme conditions. He was trained by rear and vice admirals in hand to hand combat since his master didn't want him owning a weapon.
To increase the boys power he was forced to eat a devil fruit, the high heat fruit and thus became a high heat man. When the boy showed exhaustion or fatigue he was beaten and sent to bed without food. Only pleasing his master was he fed. In his life he made no friends or allies, his only link to people was his master and the brutal men that trained him. His master had the boys limbs broken and set so they would become tougher. He was beaten with canes and wooden weapons to toughen his body up and to teach him to ignore pain.
Even his name was given to him to be a reminder that he was only good for one thing. Winning. Victor was kept secret from the other celestial dragon, even the man's own family did not know of his project, of creating his weapon. At the age of sixteen Victor was perfected. His body was strong, his mind sharp for a stupid bodyguard was as bad as a weak one. He was trained in several forms of combat including the six powers.
Finally the Celestial Dragon decided it was time to test his weapon, he summoned a marine ship with a captain from Navy Headquarters, their destination was the North Blue. Once they got there the order was given to find a pirate ship. Meanwhile Victor was kept chained up in the brig, arms shackled with sea prisim stone. The two men who were set to watch him could feel the bloodlust coming off the young man, they trembled at his mere presence. Finally a pirate ship was discovered. A man with a fourth million berry bounty!
The two ships clashed, down below the Celestial Dragon ordered Victors release. The demon was freed from his chains and was off like a blood hound. Victor broke onto the scene like a rampaging beast, his arms heated up as he struck out with his skills. Finger bullets, heated kicks, fire fists. During the scuffle he heard a scream that was familiar, he turned to find his Celestial Dragon close by shooting with his gun. In that moment a memory appeared of the man standing over him with that very gun, threatining to kill him if he didn't obey. In that moment, Victor struck. He grabbed his master and snapped his neck, ending the tormenter that had tortured him for so long.
In the silence afterward, Victor turned on the marines. Moving quickly he killed their Captain and after that the ranks moral dropped. But Victor wasn't finished, he killed the pirate Captain too, he turned to the pirates and asked if any had objections in following him. None did, Victor than had the marines killed to the last man to erase his presence. He tied the anchor of the marine ship to the Celestial Dragon and threw his lifeless body into the sea. He climbed back aboard the Navy vessel and had the pirates sink their own ship. He had decided to keep the Navy ship as his own considering its armaments.
Victor was free and he vowed no matter what he always would be.

You may not kill or harm an important character in your history (see this page to find out which positions count as important characters). You may also not be trained in your history by characters holding important positions. You are welcome to change the "Celestial Dragon" bit to some unspecified country's noble, and the rear admiral/vice admiral bit to that country's high ranking warriors.
