Description: Billy ‘No buck’ Bill has been described by many to have an amazing jawline even at his current age, one could call it a ‘rich’ jawline. The rest of Bill has been given marginally less compliments. Getting old in the years, he has been described as stick like in his arms with a completely bald scalp that he tends to wear a hat to coverup. The rest of his figure however is frequently covered up much like his head via his slightly baggy choice in clothing.
A noticeable thing about the aging marine is that he rarely if ever smiles. That angry scowl being almost permanently plastered onto his face. A face that matches Bill’s attitude to many.

This however is just a rumour, there is one thing that Bill likes and it’s the marines. Dedicated completely to getting rid of those darn money stealing pirates, ‘No buck’ believes firmly that the marines are the best way to get rid of dirty pirates.
Bill frequently makes comment about how he requires more money, as the best bean counter the marines got, he is always aware that more money is always the best choice for the marines to pursue.

Billy ‘No buck’ Bill began life on the island of mirrorball island. The young stallion at the time came to become a bellboy for a local store, one of the bellboys around, thanks to his abnormally loud voice to tell the town about amazing offers. This part time job as a lad, ringing a bell loudly to catch people’s attention to low, low prices, is what caught his interest in the life of commerce.
Upon reaching maturity, Bill has gathered enough money to go into what he thought was a genius investment. Farming! Purchasing vast sums of seeds and a bit of farming land on a nearby island, Bill became a farmer for much of his younger adult years. Learning the life of good old hard labour in reward for money, sweet sweet money. This fate was not to last however, as pirates set upon poor Bill’s land, quickly razing most of his crops while trying to make off with his cash! This was the time that ‘No buck’ became his nickname, for he didn’t have but a buck to his name.
In determination to change his no money life, Billy Bill went into the best job he could get, the marines. With his admiration for capitalism and his fitness from life on a farm, he fit in just perfectly! Even when a weekly paycheck however, Bill was a pinch penny. Spending much of his life as a low-ranking marine didn’t stop Bill from hoarding his cash into a miniature fortune! Reaching a ripe age of 63 however, most marines would’ve retired by now. But Bill, ever dedicated to the cause felt it just meant he had MORE experience to provide the marines.
