He wears a silver necklace around his neck and oddly enough he is normally not wearing shoes. The material of his clothes is breathable and very stretchy.
Description: Buzz has a lean buddy like a swimmer. His eyes are odd and most people find them off putting without being able to put their finger as on why. He looks human as far as most people can tell, as his fishman heritage is hidden well. As he has retractable fins on his back, calves, and arms. The fins are a shade of blue that matches the sea. The fins come out uncontrollably when he is experiencing intense emotions. He can regrow his teeth in an instant and could choose between human or shark teeth.

Personality: Outside of combat Buzz looks like a kind hearted young man. He is warm to all and treats all things with respect. He often comes off like a pushover because of the kindness in his heart. Buzz will treat anyone with respect and courtesy as long as it is given. He is often even outright kind to the enemy, refusing to attack a retreating opponent. The same kindness that makes him look outright cold to people that touch his bottom line. He will just as soon slice the head off a slaver with as much change in expression as noticing an ant. When fighting he always gives 100% as he was raised that it was an insult to the other party to hold back. He is an outgoing man that speaks his mind and wears his emotions on his face.
- History:
His story started back to when a young human heiress to a shipping company fell in love with a wounded Fishman. The heiress was smart intelligent and could see that the Fishman she saved was no ordinary character. The fishman was glad to have been rescued and became the personal knight to the lady. The mysterious Fishman fell in love with the human, and to the aversion of a lot of people had Buzz.
Buzz was raised a moderately sheltered life. He was given an education in his families shipwright business. While his dad taught him Fishman Karate as he always believed Buzz had to learn to defend himself. Everything went well till business enemies used the force of the marines to try and maneuver his family into bankruptcy. They also hired Pirates to attack the ships made by his mothers company to further sink their reputation. If it was not for a brave revolutionary the business and the only family he had would have been loss. In exchange Buzz joined the group. Before he left his dad gave him a pendant and a word of advice. Now he trains travels the world helping people the marines refuse or cannot help, pirates in need included. Trying to find a way to bring peace to all.
