High Seas Gunslinger


Fighting Style: High Seas Gunslinger
Weapon Utilization: Pistols, rifles, grenades.
Description: This fighting style is a combination of gun-fu and “strategic” grenade use. Keep opponents at a safe-ish distance when possible and light 'em up.

Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Shooting stance: Jeremy takes stance for more accurate and effective shot placement. The exact details may very from situation to situation but effects are always the same. This stance greatly reduces his mobility which in turn makes it much harder for him to dodge or block attacks. +10% Attack, +10% Reflex -20% Defense

Armor piercing rounds: Jeremy loads his gun with special armor piercing rounds. These rounds are made with slightly harder metals and the powder is more densely packed. This results in a much faster moving bullet. In ballistics faster = more effective. However the added powder means that these rounds have greater than average recoil when fired making them less accurate. +20% Attack -20% Reflex



Techniques


(The following techniques can either be all devil fruit techniques, or a combination of devil fruit, and natural/weapon techniques)

Light Techniques:

Gun block
Type: Canceler
Cancelled Damage: 10
Cooldown: 2 turns.
Flavour: Jeremy blocks or deflects an attack with his guns.

Between the eyes
Type: Flat Hybrid
Cooldown: 6 Turns.
Duration: 2 Turns.
Debuffs: -10% Reflex
Flavour: Jeremy cracks his opponent right between the eyes either with a well placed shot or by hitting him with the stock of his guns which temporarily disorients them.

The One Two
Type: Flat
Damage: 5
Cooldown: 2 Turns.
Flavour: Jeremy fires two shots in quick succession at his opponent.

Yeehaw!
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 6 turns.
Duration: 2 turns.
Buffs: +25% Attack
Flavour: Jeremy begins hooting and hollering to psyche himself or an ally up.

Medium Techniques:

Barrage of Bullets
Type:Dot
Damage: 6
Cooldown: 4 Turns.
Flavour: Jeremy fires a steady barrage of bullets at his opponent.

Trick Shot
Type: Flat
Damage: 20
Cooldown: 4 Turns.
Flavour: Jeremy ricochets a shot off a hard surface into his opponent. Can be used to hit enemies from around a corner. May be trickier to dodge that a normal shot.

Heavy Techniques:

Crack Shot
Type: Flat
Cool Down: 6 turns.
Damage: 50
Flavour: Jeremy fires a carefully aimed shot at his opponent's most vulnerable area.

Shell Breaker
Type: Flat Hybrid
Cooldown: 12 turns
Duration: 4 turns.
Damage: 20.
Debuffs: -30% Defense
Flavour: Jeremy shoots his opponent in such a way that it opens up their defenses making them more vulnerable to attack.

Crippler
Type: Flat Hybrid
Cooldown: 12 turns
Duration: 4 turns.
Damage: 20.
Debuffs: -30% Attack
Flavour:  Jeremy shoots his opponent in such a way that it makes it harder for them to attack. Usually this means targeting a joint or a limb.

AoE Techniques:

High Explosive Grenade
Type: Flat.
Damage: 50.
Cooldown: 8 turns.
Flavour: Jeremy throws a standard high explosive grenade. Loud and deadly, when these things explode they send shrapnel everywhere.

Flashbang Grenade
Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 14 turns.
Duration:: 4 turns.
Debuffs: -75% reflex
Flavour: Jeremy throws a flash bang grenade. These grenades deal no damage but the resulting blast is loud and bright enough to disorient opponents. The effects can typically be avoided by looking away and covering your ears. Those with sensitive senses will really hate this one.
