For love had been found in his hometown of louge town on a touring break. It was love at first sight for Alaric's parents. From the moment they met and laid eyes it was often compared to as the perfect fairy tale romance. Along with every love comes marriage and of course a little bundle of joy. Alaric's mother was in labor for over what felt like days when in fact it was only three hours finally, giving e birth to a healthy baby boy.
Over the next few years, Alaric's father and mother took care of him. Even as a baby when he started crawling it seemed he had a yearning for adventure. Alaric would always crawl towards his father's piano, or crawl about the yard trying to head out of the property. This always brought a smile on his faceand pck his son up before he got into trouble or was close to hurting himself. Alaric's father would always say after he picked him up "You're gonna make a fine musician someday son you have got the spirit of adventure in you.""
When Alaric turned five his father began training Alaric on how to read music. He was slow at first learning about how to read music. But with diligence and nurturing encouragement from his parents, he began to understand the wonderful nature of music. When not teaching Alaric about music his father would train his son in the Art of self-defense. His father may have been just a musician or so others thought of his appearance but once long ago he was a very skilled fighter for an old pirate crew. But due to an injury, he had to quit being a pirate and pick up a new trade so he left the crew to find a career he could enjoy.
At the age of 8, Alaric joined a special school. Due to his Habit of fighting with other children frequently. His father had little choice but to send his son to a reformation school. However, his father guided a prestigious private school. Alaric however did not take to this school. There were more than a few instances where he was disciplined for fighting. However, on a terrible day, He had gone too far in a fight and had slowly flayed the fingers nails of a student. The school had more corporal punishment and over the course of weeks, he was put through many phycological as well as physical reinforcement protocols as the school called it. But in reality, it was pure straight-up torture. It may have been from the copious mixture of drugs or perhaps the psychological torment he developed a new personality. One that was far kinder and gentler to people a model citizen almost.

With those parting words, his father passed away. His father leaving everything to his wife and son in his last will and testament.
He grieved for months an entire year and he even stopped going to school altogether. His mother was grief-stricken as well and had taken to drinking to drown her sorrows. Days he was up to it he would continue the training his father had taught him to do mostly physical exercises. One day he was walking home from school and saw a group of kids beating up on a younger kid. The rick personality was in charge and tried to go to the aid of the kid but sadly he was outnumbered and they beat both him and the kid senseless. He became friends with the young man. Or as close as friends could be in his way. The young man knew nothing of Alaric's darker personality and Richard wanted to keep it that way. SUffering through these months of grief had been terrible enough. However, some secrets were hard to be kept especially when the town you grew up in knows of your reputation. Sadly the young man with whom he had forged a bond with severed their ties. He focused his attention on academics so he would return to the school. The Rick personality at the age of twelve he had finally mastered the piano.
For the next eight years, Alaric became an apprentice to a noble families butler and later be trained as one of there deadly assassins specializing in wire related combat. Alaric trained his body and mind and after his twentieth birthday, he was given a parcel Inside the parcel was a wooden box containing the note giving a farewell letter to him from his father a detailed map was enclosed within the envelope to a location to his father's greatest treasure. a Paramecia type devil fruit so with that in mind he set out on his adventure to become a free traveler and claim his father's last gift he received from him. After traveling to the coordinates of the map he dug up the box and found the Paramecia devil fruit the Ito Ito no mi. He devoured the fruit that day from then on became a String human mixing in the training of using his devil fruit along with his proficiency with wired weapons Alaric soon left the employee of his master.
