Description: Notably burly however not quite as exaggerated as most imposing figures with their grotesquely inflated appearances. His muscles were built for strength first and foremost with the thought of its aesthetic appeal coming far second in importance, tight and compact, is not at all that evident should he wear his usual day to day clothing. Personality: First impressions often paints Faro as an ill tempered ruffian, and that's exactly what he is. With an ever present aura of danger, people often avoid him in fear of being caught in whatever trouble he may potentially bring. Evidently reckless and unrefined, though despite such crass, one must never underestimate his wits. While he may not be the smartest man, he is easily able to formulate schemes so long as such were to result in his own personal gain.
When partaking in combat, such traits are only amplified even further. Devilishly cunning and terrifyingly ruthless. With his destructive nature and unrelenting attitude, Faro is often considered to be a danger not only to those he may fight but as well as those who may be unfortunate enough to spectate. He'd often get lost in the thrill of the fight, becoming more and more bloodthirsty with his sights focused solely on his target at hand whilst having no regard to those around him.

Faro grew up as one of many children forced into labor for Tequila Wolf's bridge construction. Having worked at such a young age, Faro developed much needed strength to survive. His parents, both prisoners forced to work under the government, raised him as they once were—without much care and regard. However, one simple thought had been ingrained onto him by both his parents, that it is the government and World Nobles who are to blame for their hardships.
Eventually, Faro escaped. With nothing to lose, Faro conducted a reckless scheme. The young child dove over the bridge and down towards the ocean. Shortly after hours of searching by stationed officials, the child was presumed to be dead. However, it was far from true. Faro swam relentlessly underneath the cold water, a showcase of astonishing stamina for a child of his age.
While he may be persistent, he still had his limits. A day went by without rest, paddling his arms and legs continuously against the water. As Faro's consciousness began to fade, it is then when a group of charitable pirates found him floating aimlessly in the ocean. The crew took him aboard, however, as payment for his rescue, Faro had been tasked to take part of their crew as an errand boy for the time being.
For three years, Faro grew up with pirates and, as though it ran through his blood, came to love the life of adventure. As their agreement came close to an end, he instead decided to stay. Another five years came to pass with Faro now at the age of sixteen, it is then at this point when their crew had been attacked. Marines came raiding their ship with many of his comrades fallen in the process. As their captain instructed, Faro ran with their recent haul. Given to him was the captain's own personal storage box, small enough for him to hide underneath his cloak. With this purpose, Faro discreetly boarded the ship's dinghy and paddled away from the ensuing chaos.
For days, Faro was stranded at sea. Naturally, his curiosity came to its peak. Faro decided to take a peek at their recent haul, one he had not seen before. He opened the chest ever so slowly with caution, what was in it was something he had least expected. A single green fruit, the size of a small cantaloupe, with a pattern of swirls and waves. With his hunger very much unbearable, Faro decided to take a bite. Unbearably bitter, however, with his hunger he had no other choice but to consume.
After a day, the waves led Faro ashore towards a nearby town on which he had settled for upwards of two years. It is then when he discovered his devil fruit abilities, granted upon him by the fruit he had eaten whilst at sea. Ass he stayed in wait for his captain and their crew, Faro trained, missing not one day to hone his skills. However, eventually, news about his old crew's demise also came. With his newfound knowledge, Faro grieved. With no one to wait for, he then began to sail on his own.
