Devil Fruit Description: This devil fruit grants the consumer the ability to create, shape, move, control, and manipulate their own blood at will. The user is immune to bleeding out since he's a blood user and has complete control over his blood. With blood manipulation, they can increase their blood flow and overall strength. This fruit allows the user to freely liquify and solidify his blood. The user is immune to viruses, diseases, and poisons while also being able to consume raw and rotten food without becoming sick. This fruit also allows him to detect the presence of blood, and sense when someone's sick or intoxicated.
Fighting Style: Orthodox
Weapon Utilization: Hand-to-hand combat
Description: A fighting style that utilizes orthodox fighting which consist of hand-to-hand. This fighting style is proficient in close combat.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Immunity [Passive]: With an enchanced immune, digestive, and organ system, he cannot be effected by diseases, viruses, and bio-logical weapons. Eating rotten or raw food won't make him sick, and generally, he won't become sick. His blood can cure the most lethal diseases.
Limitless [Passive]: Because of his devil fruit, he has an unlimited blood supply which makes him immune to bleeding out. Due to his abilties, this makes him the perfect blood donor since he can change his blood to even the rarest of types.
Blood Awareness [Passive]: Even though he's unable to control someone's blood, he can sense the presence of blood. Furthermore, he can detect when someone's sick, intoxicated, and can even sense someone's blood type.

You pretty much did the same type of boring stuff with this fighting style as you did last time. The only thing that makes this fruit being "blood-blood" relevant is your immunity to bleeding out. The rest is all generic edgy-ass shit. Makes me wonder why you wanted to remake this in the first place.
You could've had so at least a few more relevant techniques. For example, being an inexhaustible universal blood donor; immune to different poisons or diseases; blood doping. The lack of heals for an infinite source of blood was also extremely disappointing.

I'm still not keen on the sonic beam and fireball, but, I'll let those slide in hopes that you won't flavour them to outlandishly during RP.
One technique I hoped to see which wasn't there was a literal attempt to drown someone in blood. Hah.
