The Suigin Suigin no mi appears as an apple sized perfectly spherical fruit with a light silvery color and a metallic sheen. The tradmark devil fruit swirls actually move around as if the inside of the fruit is liquid and covered by a transparent peel. For an apple sized fruit it is remarkably heavy.
Devil Fruit Description: The user of the Suigin Suigin no Mi becomes a mercury human. They can turn their body into mercury and create an indefinite amount of the metal from or around them. Mercury can be manipulated into any shape or form the user wishes and can likewise be hardened into a solid or can be melted at will.
Fighting Style: Suiginken
Weapon Utilization: Mercury metal solidified in the shape of weaponry when needed.
Description: The fighting style revolves around manipulating mercury both defensively and offensively, but with restraint and in a manner that would most likely resemble paramecia users rather than a Logia under normal circumstances.
His style and technique names are thus separated into two different groups with different suffixes/prefixes depending if he's manipulating Mercury as if to appear a paramecia user: Ten - Chi - Jin for the basics techniques, Getsu - Ka - Setsu for his medium hitters.

Jin/Getsu = Offensive
Finally, if he's actually fully committing his Logia powers, Yugo's classifies all of his strongest attacks in a category of their own: the aptly named Hissatsu series.

Anyhow, this is approved, however, I just wanted to make note of one line:
Firstly, nothing is indefinite. Anything you create should still be within reason and in line with your character's current level. Both in terms of quality and quantity. Remember, at Level 1, your character is the canonical equivalent of Fullbody in the East Blue Arc.
Secondly, you can create Mercury only from you. You cannot create Mercury "around" you. Your body must always be its point of origin. Once you awaken it, you may perhaps generate it "around" you (though we don't know truly much about what awakened Logias can actually do in canon).
That is all! Great job on your first fighting style otherwise. I found no errors!
