Summary: The seas are a dangerous place for anybody, especially those with a bounty on their heads. Jaxon caught wind of a small-time crime lord in one of the municipalities of Toroa. Due to the amount or crimes committed on his orders, he had a bounty placed on him.
Now that Jaxon could legally hunt people with bounties on them, he had a good way to make money and get stronger, potentially. So, with a clear goal in mind, Jaxon arrives at the municipality, ready to claim the succulent bounty all for himself.
