Michael has strong sense of justice and dislikes criminals and pirates. Michael enjoys learning more about people and other culture. He is also quite open to joke around because he believes that as long as he smiles and laughs it will give sense of comfort and protection to those around him. Michael will however always attempt to offer criminals ways to surrender without coming to violence. He is also rather carefull on duty and does not follow justice and his sense of it as blindly as some do. IF Michael knows and sees that he is outclassed he would retreat and not engage. Michael was born 20 years ago in the Goa Kingdom on Dawn Island in the High Town of the great Capital. However Michael was born as blessed and as a cursed baby. His mother, named Olivia, was a maid who served the noble family of Diehauser. He was illegitime child of Diehauser Albert, son of current head of Diehauser family Vernon. Albert was set to become new head of Diehauser family and he did not care about his bastard child. The evening when he was conceived was not the most pleasant to his mother. Being that he was not a child of love he was instantly rejected by Albert who seeked other mistress and legitimate heirs.
Michael would spend his earliest childhood somewhat hated by everyone around him except his mother. Despite the past of how he came to be Olivia could not blame it on just born child. Michael spent his earliest memories being abused and forced to do labor as servant to the family. He would grow up learning to help in kitchen by running around and bringing others what they would need. Life was hard but Michael was happy to be around his mother and servants of the Diehauser family accepted him as one of theirs, at least some did. Main Maid hated his existance and main Butler was always dismissive of him but he never hit the lad even if he made mistakes.
Michael proved to be rather bright and intelligent child from early childhood and main Butler, whos name was Tien quickly noticed it and spread the news to the head of the family Vernon. Tien and Vernon knew each other for decades and he decided to transfer Olivia and Michael to be his personal servants. At age 10 was the first time Michael was allowed to meet Vernon Diehauser and from that day he decided to put him under Tien to give him basic education to test the limits of his bright mind.
Next few years were the best in his life. Tien quickly took a liking to the boy as he clearly was blessed by intelligence of his master and Vernon saw in Michael what his son Albert failed to become. Despite some clashes here and there Albert could not overrule Vernon's decision as head of the house. Michael quickly studied and showed great interest in biology and anatomy of humans. Tien noticed it and let Michael study more medical oriented books. In the next four years at the age of 15 Michael proved to be capable at treating injuries of the servants, perhaps not to the profesional standard but quite adept. Michael spent time learning and being personal servant of Vernon learning a lot more about life. Vernon taught Michael many things but most importantly he taught him that those in power have responsability to help those without. Those teachings would never leave his mind as he integrated them to be core of his personality. To people on the side like Tien, it was clear that Vernon was never really teaching a servant despite saying he is going to make Michael his personal doctor in time, it was more than obvious that old man was indulging himself spending time and teaching his grandson the ways of his family and to become a proper man.
At the fall of the same year the tragedy occured that shaked the pillars of the whole family. It was like any other day and Vernon was at the port dealing in his buisness along with Tien, Olivia and Michael as well as some other guards. He was once again teaching Michael about the different trade goods on the port and from where they come. Michael enjoyed time with his grandfather before he noticed something weird in the distance. It seemed to be some sort of fight at the docks. Vernon wished to interfere and end the conflict and so he did quite easy and fast. Durring the whole event he stood out and was recognized. He was also recognized by a group of dangerous pirates who were rather interested in Vernon specifically. They quickly attacked from ambush but Tien noticed them. Michael tried to fight but was quickly overpowered and saved by Vernon who was master at fencing. Everything after it happened in the flash and numerous pirates attacked unleashing flurry of steel and smell of gunpowder filled the area. Tien was gravely injured and guards were falling. Olivia was shot and injured Vernon pushed Michael away granting him a chance to escape. Before he fell he gave him the necklace and told him to run away. Despite not wanting Michael ran away crying leaving the area and going back to tell Diehauser family what happened. He met Albert, his "father", but Albert was once again dismissive. Despite Michael bringing fresh news about what transpired Alberts only words to him were "I know". He dismissed young Michael and told him to leave at once as he was not welcomed anymore. It was clear for Michael to realize what that meant and in despair he left.
Michael clutched the necklace unsure what to do next but he wished to bring those responsable for death of Vernon, Tien and his mother to justice but he knew that he was not powerful enough. He noticed that necklace was able to be opened and he saw the note inside. As he took the note out he saw the picture. It was the picture of younger Olivia with Tien and Vernon on the side holding Michael. It seemed that despite what happened Vernon always planned to take Michael and Olivia under his wing and tears filled his face dropping down his cheeks as he started at the picture. He would close the necklace and check the note. He would read the note sitting on the edge of the wall to say:
"Dear Michael, if you read this then it seems that I have met my end unfortunantely before I managed to achieve my one last dream. Remember the ol' day back in the past when we sat by the fire and I told you the tales of the old? Despite my age back in my day I was a skilled swordsman and a good upholder of justice. Never forget the wisdom I passed on to you. Those in power should use it wisely, they have responsability to help those in need without it. Remember the times I was harsh to you, know that I did it thinking what was best to you. Know that despite everything you are still my grandson. Know that I wished to make you my legitimate heir as you have all the best qualities a Diehauser should have, unlike my foolish son, who might be ploting my life away. Lastly I wish to share that the very reason you were called Michael was because of my own grandfather, Michael Diehauser, Everlasting Justicar. He was my favorite person in life and has taught me everything I know and now I pass it onto you. Stay strong my dear grandson for life is hard and stay on path of justice. On the back of note you will find the safe house I made for you in case of this would happen. Stay strong and just Michael and may you join me as late as possible. The way of merciful destruction he would call it and he would never skip a day to train it devising multiple katas and repeating them day after day until he would master them. He would also make the list of those who he would bring to justice no matter what. It may take years but he is willing. His justice is never ending, his justice is Everlasting.
