I am absolutely okay with you extending this ability to telepathically communicate with humans/humanoids (though perhaps at a higher tier).
As for plants, I think I would have to see some examples of your applications. But, for now, I'll say yes. If I see an application that I think should be out of bounds, I might simply get you to retcon it or avoid it in the future.

Devil Fruit Name: Seni Seni no Mi (Fiber Fiber Fruit)

Description: Expands and weaves the muscle fibers in the user's body. The more you squeeze your hand the stronger the muscle fibers. Occasional cramps leading making you go back to your original shape. can regenerate or create muscle, strengthens and expands them. also allows the user to manipulate its shape and texture (meaning that the fibers can be stretchy or hard.) cannot affect others muscle growth/ development. Makes the user stronger and more agile depending on how you use it. just a powerup boost but also can change the shape of your body but to an extent or else you blow up I was also thinking how it didn't just have to be muscle fibers but all kinds of fibers but that seems a little pointless, your opinion on that?

[reject="Denied."]I'm gonna deny this devil fruit claim request on the basis that it ultimately doesn't really do anything that you couldn't do without a devil fruit. With the existence of techniques like Life Return, you could simply have your character learn to finely control the metabolism of their body to power up or become more flexible.

Additionally, a canon fruit exists that supposedly makes a person stronger: the Strong-Strong Fruit. If the ultimate goal is simply to power up through a devil fruit, please claim that fruit instead.[/reject]
