As someone who's invents and does machine work Baseera is naturally curious on how to make things work and how to improve them.
Combat- Baseera even to an enemy Baseera would show some decent level of respect and fairness , not outright brutally killing anyone and even when she does so , ends it quickly with as little bloodshed.

Eventually as a child grows, a parent or a close relative would tell them they could be whatever they wanted in life, the world was full of unlimited possibilities right? Well for Beseera, the opposite was entirely true instead. Growing up rather than dolls and the likes for a girl her age she grew up in the clutches of complete servitude to the World Government as a convicted child for her parents crimes despite being only 3 at the time.
Spared by the far more intense physical labor that boys and males underwent , Baseera like other female captives were forced into cleaning and cooking duties, waking hours spent more bent over to scrub the dishes or floors rather than playing.
Years went by this, a ritual of cleaning , cooking and as time passed Baseera became more rebellious, punishable so as she was then sentenced to physical labor like the boys her age for her rebellious ways , years spent of dreaming of nothing but escape, to live the life her parents forgot after years of abuse, to feel the sun and heat in its full capacity, she wanted freedom.
It was some time after she turned 16. The outpost she had called went under attack by pirates attempting to liberate one of the prisoners of the island and although they failed and we're also captured , Baseera managed to use the commotion to escape but unfortunately she couldn't save her own parents as well, Baseera jumping into the sea to save herself without a boat or anything of the like.
Eventually she was found floating in the cold waters but her arms and legs suffered severe frostbite and with her own lack of proper food and other nutrition they had to be amputated, the people who saved her were a local pirate group that scavenged and made basic technology i we're able to give her cyborg like replacements for her arms and legs by putting all their efforts together. Three years later Baseera initial wounds have healed and with some training to use her new bodily functions and learning everything she could about engineering and exploring all her creative mindset, Baseera set out with one goal in mind, to topple the very people that put her life in danger and would have gladly let her die, the World Government itself had became her enemy.
