As the pressure builds beneath the surface a palpable tension is in the air, all that was needed was one final component to light the powder keg that was Centaurea. With the return of the Meddling Kids to this desolate kingdom the last missing piece has finally fallen into place. For what is a revolution without a leader to cry its birth to the world? After all, no one in Centaurea could throw a louder tantrum than its own Rowdy Rascal.

Summary: Ickarus sets foot on the island of Pline Peaks, desperate for food and water as he had recently run out. After being fed and watered by a benevolent pair of lookouts from the island, he narrowly escapes investigation by saying he lost his identification during a storm that threw his boat off-course. Following this, Ickarus attempts to buy food, but the shopkeepers at the marketplace try to scam him out of Belly by marking up their prices. After overhearing their plans to scam him, Ickarus waits for the procession of the mayor and his daughter (who is also the defender of the island) to attempt to steal a large sum of food. Unfortunately, he is caught by a lookout and is forced into a fight with Laney Pline, daughter of the mayor. He wins an overwhelming victory, and extorts the population into meeting his demands by threatening the life of the unconscious Laney (though he later admits these threats to be bluffs). Ickarus leaves Pline Peaks with the promise of returning someday when Laney is stronger. On top of all that, he forgot to look for a navigator!

Summary: Noah’s stay on Baterilla is prolonged and he first keeps things calm. Still staying in the same place he spent the last few days in, he overhears a conversation Leon has with a customer while working. When socializing later that evening, he learns that Leon talked about a local gossipier with an interest in rumours of the island and the South Blue in general. Noah decided to talk to the gossiper the next day in case he had any rumours of relevance for him. However, after becoming an enemy of the Monti family recently, they use the gossiper to lure Noah into a trap and ambush him. After overpowering the attackers, they talk as if the ambush was a ruse to keep Noah busy, who then quickly returns, just to learn that something is wrong with Blake’s settlement. Rushing over, Noah arrives in time before it comes to the worst, though Blake ends up heavily injured. After making sure things calmed down, Noah finally departs the next day from the island.

Crimes: Nothing that should affect his bounty, as he solely acted against criminals.

Summary: The Insect Pirates plot a revenge scheme against the Yokai Pirates, sending Gwen out on a scouting mission to investigate the Ramen River that they were just “evicted” from. What Gwen sees is rather silly, she sees the Yokai playing around carelessly by the river. The group plans an ambush, which is enormously successful, all but killing Doji; they pitch his body into the river, and figure that the Devil Fruit user will almost certainly die. Instead, Doji falls down a small “waterfall” into the mouth of a carnivorous plant, and is saved by a mysterious girl. Doji emerges from the mouth of the plant in his hybrid form, and serves justice to the Insects. He then falls unconscious, and Juri worries that he is dead, but Nietzche rouses the man from unconsciousness using smelling salts. The group cries and laughs together, glad that everybody survived the ordeal.

The only crimes that took place in this quest were perpetrated between criminals, who would not report the altercation.

Summary:

Castor and the Nox Pirates arrive in Flevance and hide out in Jazzy’s clothing boutique. The Marines catch wind of Nox’s presence and guard the ports to thwart his escape, with particular emphasis on safeguarding their prized Wailing Calamity vessel, which stands out conspicuously in the harbor.

Nox and Newport consider a forceful approach, but Jazzy opposes harming innocent people. Instead, she devises a plan for a farewell fashion show, utilizing her elite customer contacts. The intention is to leverage the chaos of the on-street fashion show to facilitate the pirates' escape.

Alexi is recruited by Jazzy’s scouts to be a model in the show and is introduced to the Nox Pirates in disguise. The Bounty Hunter is captivated by Jazzy's status in the fashion world and refrains from delving too deeply into the backgrounds of those around her, although given her status as a Bounty Hunter, this appears to be the prudent course.

The show begins, with Alexi making her debut as a model, paired with Castor, who unfortunately ruins her first time with his poor posture and unnatural walk. Suddenly, the stage collapses, causing chaos. The Nox Pirates seize the opportunity to dash for the port while the Marines deal with the aftermath and the fashion show patrons in the crowded streets of Flevance.

Alexi is shattered, and Jazzy seeks to comfort her. The crew avoids unnecessary conflict with most of the Marines, focusing on eliminating those on the vessel. The Wailing Calamity sets sail as the Nox Pirates celebrate their newest members. Simultaneously, a new mole for the World Government infiltrates the crew.

Summary: Doji arrives on the shores of Syrup Village’s island and finds the local Merry Militia chasing after a young fishwoman; in the aftermath of young girl he accidentally killed on Shimotsuki,Doji responds to these people intentionally trying to harm a child with extreme prejudice. Effectively the entire militia is slaughtered, fishermen come and discover the grisly scene the next day, and report it to the steward of Syrup Village (the Mayor, the actual reagent, is not present as he is off of the island). The town is ordered to evacuate, and the steward remains behind to see if the thing that slaughtered the town’s guard plans on looting the village as well. Doji and the steward speak, with Doji explaining his position to the steward, a position that the man finds somewhat sympathetic; all in all, Doji leaves from the island feeling guilty for what he did, and the steward ensures that Syrup Village’s next round of militiamen will not go about “hunting monsters.”

Summary: Doji and Juri engage in an insect catching competition and stumble upon a group of Insect Zoan pirates who have settled a camp nearby Greenstone's ramen river; the two pirate crews have a feverish battle, where all but the captains on both sides are knocked out. Doji narrowly manages to save Juri using his newfound powers and defeat the captain of the Insect Pirates, however he does not actually catch the giant dragonfly, and so Juri declares herself the winner of the competition. The story ends with The Yokai Pirates' castle settled next to Greenstone's ramen river, and the crew enjoying bowls of ramen together.
