Description: Once home to a powerful noble family, St. Poplar (also referred to as the Town of the Spring Queen) was a popular tourist spot, owing much of its traffic to the Sea Train. However, after the newly established Marine Base G-43 was taken over by the Nox Pirates, the newly named N-1 Base became another outpost for the rowdy crew.

It’s beautiful infrastructure maintained, the city’s day to day operations are ran by the Church who’ve anointed the pirate crew’s executives as Saints. The World Government has cut off the Sea Train Routes to this area, and it’s become a hub for pirates, revolutionaries and black market activities.

Notable Locations: N-1 Base, Polar Park (Shopping District), Abandoned Mine Shafts, Sewer System, Springfield Station, Saint Maria (Lunar Woods, Festival Outpost)
