Devil Fruit: Hito Hito no Mi: Raijin (Human Human Fruit: Raijin)
Devil Fruit Type: Zoan
Devil Fruit Appearance: Its like an enlarged raspberry with a red exterior with light blue swirls
Devil Fruit Description: This Mythic Zoan allows the user to take on Full and Hybrid forms of Raijin, the Japanese God of Thunder. Along with the god's physical strength, the user gains the ability to conjure and manipulate thunder and lightning. The user is able to amplify the power of the thunder and lightning through the use of conjured drums. The user is also able to summon and command a Raijuu, or lightning wolf.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities:
- Forms:
-In Hybrid Form: Grows to 15 feet tall, and gets slightly thicker. Skin becomes a light red with light blue markings about the body. An emblem and horns grow from the forehead and the ears become slightly pointed. Niko gets +10% to attack, +5% to reflex, and takes -15% to defense.
- Full God Form: Niko is able to grow to 50 ft tall, with his body expanding as well, enlarging in the torso and arms. (Similar to Sengoku's full Daibutsu form) In this form, his skin becomes a deep red, and the blue marks seem to take on an electric glow about them, and the horns become massive as well. In this form, Niko gets +15% to his attack, +10% to his reflex, and -25% to his defense.
-Lightning generation and manipulation: Being the god of storms, the Raijinn User is able to generate and manipulate lightning. Along this line, at higher levels of control Niko is able to utilize electromagnetism on metallic objects such as his staff. Mostly for flavor, the range of the electromagnetism is pretty small.
-Electromagnetic Tuning: The user is able to utilize Electromagnetic waves to listen greater distances than a normal human would be able to. This mainly gets used for direction finding purposes.
- Thunder generation: The user is able to generate sonic concussions and claps of thunder by generating sound, such as snapping one's fingers or clapping one's hands.
-Drum summoning: Niko is able to summon special Raijin drums in all forms however he can only summon so many in each form. In Human form, Niko is only able to summon at most two. In Hybrid, Niko can summon up to four drums. In full forms, Niko can summon up to Six drums.
- Drum manipulation: Niko is able to manipulate his drums within a certain distance from himself. (Similar to how the chop-chop fruit works with how Buggy can only maintain control over his split parts so long as they are within his range of influence from his feet. ) Niko often uses his drums as launched projectiles. If they go outside of Niko's range of influence, Niko can dispell the drum, but it takes at least two turns for him to be able to resummon a dispelled drum. Niko's range of influence over his drums is four times the length of his current height, adjusting to both his hybrid form and full form heights. At normal height, Niko has a control range of 32 feet from his body. In hybrid, 48 feet. In full form, 120 feet.
- Lightning Immunity/ resistance: In hybrid form, if Niko would be struck by a lightning based attack, if it is less than 50% of his defense, it is negated. In his full form, if the lightning based attack is less than 60% of his defense, it is negated. But if it is less than 80% of his defense, the damage is reduced by one tier. Can actually safely consume lightning not generated by himself.
-Cloud manipulation: Due to the weather related nature of the Raijin, Niko is able to generate clouds given the right climate (dependent on moisture levels, dryness).
-Cloud Jumping: Being a god of storms, Niko is able to briefly gain footing on clouds. However if he stays on the cloud too long he will fall through same as anyone else would.

Niko rarely uses this form early on due to the exhaustive toll it takes on his body. Niko generally saves this form for more dire and serious situations. [If you want the debuff to apply after your transformation has ended, you'll need to make this into a heavy technique. Otherwise, I'd just have to trust in your good will to not use your full God Form for half the thread or until the fight is over before ending the transformation to suffer the consequences.]

This is by no means an immediate regeneration effect. He experiences hunger, thirst, and fatigue at a slower rate. The only exception being after he's used his full form, at lower levels of strength this will put him out of commission for at the very least half a day. [This ability is too vague. Unless it's only for cosmetic effect, I'd suggest you remove it.]

Technique Description: Niko rushes to his target executing a thunder charged palm strike. The thunder palm releases a shock-wave of sonic energy through his opponent. Possibility to temporarily deafen opponents/ cause ringing in ears. The disorientation from the sonic damage causes the receiving target's reflex to drop by 5 for 2 posts. [Same as above.]

However after the first contact, the shock damage becomes less and less with each contact that is made. Also, the drum could very well be intercepted, keeping it from returning to Niko, causing him to have to dispel it. The attack causes the affected opponents' reflex to drop by 5 for 4 posts. [Won't point this out anymore after this but this needs to be addressed in all techniques that involve stat changes.]

-Cloud manipulation: Due to the weather related nature of the Raijin, Niko is able to generate clouds given the right climate (dependent on moisture levels, dryness).
-Cloud Jumping: Being a god of storms, Niko is able to briefly gain footing on clouds. However if he stays on the cloud too long he will fall through same as anyone else would.

Description: Storm Combat mainly focuses on mixing both armed and unarmed martial arts styles with lightning and thunder charged attacks from his Devil Fruit. Niko's extensive training in his childhood gave him the physical strength and stamina to learn new fighting techniques during his travels, and incorporate them for use with his devil fruit.
