Devil Fruit Description: You can become, make, and control an unlimited supply of (your) own paper. The user can bend, fold and mold his own paper into any type of form additionally the user can create and become any and all types of paper known to man.
Devil Fruit Passive Abilities:
- Flight.
- Phase through and regenrate from any type of attack (Not including haki/seastone or an elemental weakness such as fire and water) by turning into paper.
- Create/Supplement weapons, specifically his guns by overlaying pieces of paper together in a tight bullet wich he will then use to shoot.
- Can telepathically freeform control paper still attached to his body.
Fighting Style: Deadly Hand
Weapon Utilization: Two desert eagle guns
Specialization: Ranged
Description: This fighting style mainy focuses on the combinationof his playing cards and his guns. He creates playing cards that he can telepathically move to either out right kill you or pin you in place while he uses his gun for "ignition". As the gun shoots paper bullets the gunpowder and speed at which the bullet is shot out ignites it, turning into a small flaming bullet.

The clones themselves are not autonomous and move by the users will, any damage (that doesnt destroy the whole clones body) will be repaired for the duration of this technique. When a clone is defeated playing cards burst out 10m from its body in all directions, harming those near. Clones are 25% of the users stats

- Can telepathically control every type of paper he creates [I can't allow this ability as a passive. You can control paper that's detached from your body only using named techniques. If the paper is still connected to your body though, it's fine.]

For the medium technique, remove your 25% attack buff. You're taking a debuff because you're essentially gaining allies to help you fight in combat. Surely controlling those allies needs to have some repercussions.
