Rascal Style Boxing
Fighting Style: Street Brawling/Boxing
Weapon Utilization: Brass Knuckles
Description: Miku grew up fending for herself on the streets of Centaurea and learned to use everything to her advantage when fighting. Improvised weaponry, hit and run tactics, sucker punches, and trap setting all were within her arsenal until she began to grow strong enough to rely on her own body above all else. Miku now relies on a mix of her old tactics and overwhelming strength and speed to see her through combat.
Toggled and Passive Abilities:
Toggled Ability: Reckless Abandon The very core of Miku’s fighting style that has been refined in the most chaotic of ways. The young brawler forgoes her own wellbeing in hopes of ending the battle as quickly and brutally as possible, leaving an opening in her own defenses. When toggled Miku’s attack and reflex are both boosted by 10% but her defense suffers a -20% debuff.
Toggled Ability: Float like a Bee Miku focuses on avoiding her opponent's attack and stalling for time, in hopes of tiring them out. Miku bobs and weaves and ignores most openings to ensure she doesn’t allow any chance of retaliation. When toggled Miku’s Reflex is boosted by 20% but her Attack is lowered 20%.

Description: A quick straight punch to an exposed/vulnerable part of the body. Often called a ‘cheap’ shot by her foes as the targets tend to be the groin, throat, open wounds, etc.

Description: Miku focuses on rushing a single target and not letting up her attack on them with a constant flurry of blows. This allows her to increase her chances of hitting them during her Rush, a technique often used to also close the distance between herself and a distant opponent.
Phantom Right
Technique Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 6 Rounds
Duration: 2 Rounds
Debuffs: -15% RX and -10% DEF to Target.
Description: Taking advantage of the fact that Miku uses her right arm for her most powerful hits, the brawler makes a feigned punch with her right arm. This is immediately followed up with a weaker punch from the left arm at the opponent's exposed abdomen. While only dealing superficial damage it tends to force air out of the opponent or shock them enough to create a few openings in their defense.
Slugger
Technique Type: Flat
Cooldown: 2 Rounds
Description: Having specialized in melee combat early on, Miku quickly learned of her disadvantage at ranged combat. Taking this into account she practiced the ability to punch objects as projectiles from her surroundings. Stones, crates, cannonballs, anything with heft and able to take her punch can easily be turned into a projectile by her fists. This move is one she is quite proud of despite its very simple execution.
Suck it Up!
Technique Type: Heal
Cooldown: 4 Rounds
Description: Sometimes when the chips are down and blood is drawn all one can do is shout and SUCK IT UP!!!! Miku, through sheer willpower, ignores her wounds and grits her teeth to keep herself going to the end. (Or rather shoddily wrap some cloth over any serious wounds to at least stem the bleeding.)
Keep Em’ Up
Technique Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 6 Rounds
Duration: 2 Rounds

Description: Miku keeps her arms up to protect her vitals and face, shoring up her defenses in anticipation of a rather strong attack. While she isn’t usually one for defensive plays even she realizes that she can’t take strong blows without some form of protection. Her vambraces tend to help protect her arms from some blows.
People's Elbow
Technique Type: Flat

Description: Miku rushes her opponent as if she is going to deliver a powerful hay-maker or uppercut, however she instead will leap over her opponent and deliver a blow from above with her elbow. While useful as a surprise attack due to Miku being known for powerful punches, her lightweight prevents this from being that powerful.
Roll With It

Description: Miku deftly deflects a blow off of her body by parrying it or simply moving with the momentum of the attack to minimize its force upon her.

This move often leaves most men stunned from the swift vengeance directed between their legs.
Home Run
Technique Type: Flat
Cooldown: 4 Rounds
Description: A more powerful and effective version of Miku’s Slugger, this shot pushes Miku’s abilities to the limits as it takes a lot to be able to accurately launch an object this distance with nothing but her punch. The Rascal is proud of this move, even though it’s literally just a more powerful punch if nothing else.
Tenderized Ribs
Technique Type: DoT

Duration: 5 Rounds
Description: Miku works the body over with a flurry of punches aimed at the ribs in particular in hopes of bruising or even fracturing them. While the damage isn’t immediate it slowly gets worse as the initial rush of adrenaline fades from the opponents system after the barrage.
Battle Brew
Technique Type: Heal
Cooldown: 6 Rounds
Description: A special concoction brewed by Miku's personal doctor, Jude. It's a mix of herbal and artificial medicines that he made to help numb pain, encourage healing, and as a mild anti-toxin. Miku dislikes drinking it as it tastes absolutely horrible but will if it means she won't get yelled at by the usually kind and sweet Jude for returning half dead again.
Butting Heads

Description: An incredibly ill conceived technique, this move is simply Miku launching her thick skull against her opponents with as much force as she can muster. The lack of recoil is truly a mystery to all those who have witnessed this attack.

I'd recommend removing both the miss penalty and the miss condition from the technique.]

Only one more correction. For "Rascal's Tantrum", the level 20 AoE, the buffs and debuffs again don't make sense in the context of your description. (Well, at least the buff doesn't). I'm guessing this one was also because of the misunderstanding that you need to give your opponents buffs if you give them debuffs? Anywho, I'd change that to something else. Also, for the range, unless you're giving yourself a reflex boost to "dash" to the epicenter, your range should be immediate again. Because if you're running at normal speeds, and your technique "begins" before you dash, then your entire technique could be interrupted if someone knocks you off path.

Thus she uses this against them and aims for a gut shot to make her opponent lose their breath opening them up to a follow up strike.

In response Miku trained herself to be able to use any small object near her as a makeshift projectile. From a decent sized rock to a small cannon ball, Miku can toss it up in the air and punch it with her right fist right at a target accurately up to twenty meters away. This move isn't very easy to perform in succession and is primarily used to quickly take down weak ranged opponents or knock them from perches to bring them down to Miku's level.

It's intended use was to make an escape from ships or to make quick escapes from buildings since most walls aren't reinforced enough to withstand the force. Since Miku focus's on putting all her strength into the strike she completely lacks speed or the ability to adjust her aim until the punch has made contact. Thus it is nearly impossible to hit a moving target with it.

Her right arm is her dominant arm and it is obvious to any enemies who face her in combat. Thus she uses this against them and aims for a gut shot to make her opponent lose their breath opening them up to a follow up strike.

This move isn't very easy to perform in succession and is primarily used to quickly take down weak ranged opponents or knock them from perches to bring them down to Miku's level.

Just a few corrections need to be made before you start your brawls~
1. You should have 3x LTs at lvl 1 and 1x LT at lvl 5. Please just change one of your lvl 5 LTs into lvl 1.
2. For "Ring Your Bell", your debut should be a total of 20%.
3. Under the buff and debuff sections, can you please ensure that all of them specify if they affect your target or self.
4. And lastly, as amusing as "A Lady's Kick" is, those 100% buffs and debuffs are purely cosmetic and don't change the target's stats or ability to fight XD

Sorry, I completely forgot to check over your AoEs the first time >_< Flak Punch should only have a total of 30% stat morphs, so you'll need to cut them down by half too. Other than that, everything looks ready to go!

Description: Miku’s hatred for men stems from an encounter as a young girl in which several men were thinking with the wrong head. This hatred has caused her to have no reserves when it comes to delivering a swift kick to their nether regions. This move often leaves most men stunned from the swift vengeance directed between their legs.

Description: A more powerful and effective version of Miku’s Slugger, this shot pushes Miku’s abilities to the limits as it takes a lot to be able to accurately launch an object this distance with nothing but her punch. The Rascal is proud of this move, even though it’s literally just a more powerful punch if nothing else.
Tenderized Ribs
Technique Type: DoT
Cooldown: 4 Rounds
Duration: 5 Rounds
Description: Miku works the body over with a flurry of punches aimed at the ribs in particular in hopes of bruising or even fracturing them. While the damage isn’t immediate it slowly gets worse as the initial rush of adrenaline fades from the opponents system after the barrage.
Battle Brew

Cooldown: 6 Rounds
Description: A special concoction brewed by Miku's personal doctor, Jude. It's a mix of herbal and artificial medicines that he made to help numb pain, encourage healing, and as a mild anti-toxin. Miku dislikes drinking it as it tastes absolutely horrible but will if it means she won't get yelled at by the usually kind and sweet Jude for returning half dead again.

Description: An incredibly ill conceived technique, this move is simply Miku launching her thick skull against her opponents with as much force as she can muster. The lack of recoil is truly a mystery to all those who have witnessed this attack.

Description: With her refined reflexes, Miku is able to perfectly time a parry to deflect an attack and reduce it's force immensely.
Rascal Cannon

Description: Miku puts all her strength into a devastating punch that can send small structures, large objects, or anything else within reach of considerable size flying at her target. Some may consider this technique absurd or unviable in combat. These people have never had a small building toppled on their head or a boulder smashed into their face.
Solar Plexus Punch

Description: A powerful blow to the opponents Solar Plexus, causing extreme disorientation and severe pain. A shot meant to hinder the enemy leaving them open for a barrage of blows from Miku and her allies.

Description: Miku's experience in fast paced combat has increased her body's ability to force itself past its normal limits allowing her to move faster and react faster for a short amount of time.

Rascal’s Tantrum

Description: Miku pounds the ground repeatedly as hard as she can with her enhanced strength, causing the ground to shatter and send rocks or whatever isn’t nailed down flying at her opponents. However since this attack isn’t controlled by Miku it can also hurt allies within it’s range.
Flak Punch
Technique Type: Flat Hybrid
Cooldown: 14 Rounds
Duration: 4 Rounds
Debuffs: -15 RX, -15 ATK to Opponents
Description: Miku punches the ground, extracting a large chunk of whatever the floor is made of, then using this chunk she punches it into a scattershot at a group of enemies. These shards get into the face and eyes of opponents which not only do damage but hinder them.
Rebel Yell
Technique Type: Stat Morph
Cooldown: 14 Rounds
Duration: 4 Rounds
Buffs: +50% ATK, +25% DEF to Allies
Description: Miku’s anger at the unjustness of the world and those who take advantage of it is verbalized in a yell that inspires those who rebel alongside her.
