Fighting Style: Heaven's Crescent Style

Specialization: Mixed
Description: Heaven's Crescent Style is one of the ancient sword-styles that was buried deep within the ground along with the founding Samurais of the Wano Country mixed with two of the six powers, Geppo, and Soru. This sword art specializes in defeating numerous opponents single handily. Coming from the concept of striking in a single blow, this technique focuses mainly on speed and agility with the style’s offensive and defensive techniques being done with minimal movement in order to make it easier to counter attack. The user usually keeps one hand on their sheath at all times and stresses two step attacks so that they are never off guard.
Techniques
- Light Attacks:
Heaven’s Coiling Slash
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: Close Distant
Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Technique Description: Most effectively used as a counterattack against a thrust or charge, the user sidesteps a forward moving opponent and moves past them. While doing it, the user spins in a full circle, adding momentum and centrifugal force to the strength of the sword swing, which is then aimed at either the opponent's back or the back of the neck.
Soru
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: 10m
Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Technique Description: Utilizing one of the six powers, Soru, it allows the user to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, or attack at higher speeds and with greater power. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye. Can travel as far as 10 meters while using this. (Gives the user +25 reflex during the duration of the technique as well as -25 to defense.)
Heaven’s Soaring Slash
Technique Level: 5
Technique Range: Close Distant
Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Technique Description: This technique is a rising attack meant to strike the jaw from below. For additional power, the user uses his free arm to apply force to the back of the blade and utilizes a powerful upward jump during the attack. The sword is turned to the side during this technique, making it non lethal.
Heavenly Nest Flurry
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: Close Distant
Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Technique Description: A small flurry five of sword strikes delivered to the opponent’s chest. Dealing small, piercing damage.
Heaven’s Hammer Slash
Technique Level: 40
Technique Range: Close Distant
Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Technique Description: From a position higher than the opponent (usually from a powerful jump), the user uses the momentum of the fall to strengthen a one handed sword swing from the side of the blade that brings the blade down on the opponent's head or shoulder, causing moderate bruising.
- Medium Attacks:
Heaven's Still Moon
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: 10m
Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Technique Description: The user holds their blade out as they do a full circle spin that sends out a still gust of wind vertically around the user that could possibly cut through whatever it touches, slicing through certain incoming projectiles as well.
Geppo
Technique Level: 5
Technique Range: 50m
Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Technique Description: Utilizing one of the six powers, Geppo, it allows the user to jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in, and travel in the air for four posts. While the technique itself affords several advantages both in and out of battle for the user, it has but one major weakness. Since its usage depends heavily on the user's legs, restraining, damaging, or pinning down any major parts of their lower body can significantly disrupt the technique. Can travel upwards only fifty meters.
Heaven's Flying Crescent
Technique Level: 20
Technique Range: 200m
Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Technique Description: The user slashes in a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal fashion, sending a large gust of wind in the shape of a waxing/waning crescent moon that is ten meters wide towards wherever the user is aiming.
Heaven's Crescent Flurry
Technique Level: 40
Technique Range: 400m
Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Technique Description:The user appears to only do one horizontal slash, but in reality the user does eight horizontal slashes at such speed that it appears that only one slash was thrown. The slashes create six horizontal waxing/waning crescent shaped bursts of smoke each of them five meters wide sent out in a five meter wide cone shape towards the target for cutting damage.

Heaven's Net
Technique Level: 1
Technique Range: 10m
Technique Cooldown: 10
Technique Description: The user does eight quick vertical slashes, each slash next to the other, and eight quick horizontal slashes on the vertical ones, creating what appears to be a net made out of sharp winds that is twenty meters tall and twenty meters wide that is then sent in the direction of the target, capable of cutting damage.
Heaven's Quarter
Technique Level: 10
Technique Range: 100m
Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Technique Description: The user raises their sword up followed by slashing vertically downwards to let out a thirty meter tall burst of cutting wind in the shape of a waxing/waning quarter moon capable of slicing a ship (Depending on the ship.) vertically in half.

Fri Jul 08, 2016 5:22 pm1. Soru: You need to clarify stat-wise what this ability gives you, because if you simply expect it to help you dodge any attack every two posts, that is impossible. What you can do is say.. give yourself a +25 reflex for the duration of the attack that you are dodging. And then to balance it out, give yourself -25 defense for the following attack.
2. Geppou: Just include the duration in the Technique Cooldown to make it easier to spot. Also, your cooldown has to start AFTER your technique ends. And please increase the cooldown to 9 posts. I asked you to increase the cooldown of techniques if they have a longer duration, remember?
3. Heaven's Still Crescent: What exactly do you mean by "stationary burst of wind"? A flying slash that doesn't move? How does that work?
4. Heaven's Moon: Same as above, "Still gust of wind"? If it's a gust of wind, how can it be still?
5. Heaven's Twister: Your AoE attack cannot expand to 400m, even for five seconds. The area of your attack cannot exceed the area of a circle with the radius of 100m.

The duration for all medium techniques can be seen as "0", as their effects are immediate, and they only last for that one brief moment. Since the cooldown for those techniques is 5 posts higher than the technique itself, it makes perfect sense to have the cooldown for a technique that lasts 4 posts to have a cooldown of 9 posts, which is 5 higher than technique's duration.
And you don't have to delete the other two techniques. All I wanted was an explanation for what you meant by "stationary". The techniques would've been just fine if they weren't stationary.

e.e Law... You can't just keep throwing everything out just because you can't have your way in every single technique. It's completely unfair to yourself, who has to keep making these new techs over and over again. And it's completely unfair to me, who has to keep grading a full set of techniques over and over again.
