Description: Despite being male, Veida has very feminine features to him, mainly in his face and body structure. He has very feminine eye lashes and eyes along with a more sharp facial structure and soft skin. Not only that, he tends to paint his nails to compliment his outfit. Veida is also quite skinny, though he is much more toned if he's not covering his body.

Personality: Overall, Veida is the kind of person that you associate with because he's useful but not because you like him. His personality leaves a lot to be desired, though if you have come to tolerate the way he acts he does end up becoming a great friend. Some of the few things that people dislike about him is the fact that he tends to make jokes at other people's expenses and often thinks of himself before others. This doesn't mean he's selfish, just that he tends to get to other people after he has his situation sorted out, but it should be said that he never forgets about those he cares about. If something is needed of him, he might complain but he will get it done.
In combat, Veida likes to please himself and the ladies (if they're watching). At lot of his moves tend to be flashy and he likes to taunt his opponent with witty remarks and generally criticizing how they fight.

Veida was born as the son of a pretty powerful and wealthy man who, in his eyes, was a weak coward.
See, the Jho family was more than just your normal family. In fact, Veida's father was the leader of the crime group that had spread throughout the East Blue. Sadly, they just had strength in numbers, so nobody truly exceptional ever came of this illegal business, but Don, Veida's father, had a plan. Through the act of showering her in gifts, Don was able to bed an incredibly powerful pirate woman before eventually marrying her and forcing her to settle down. She then gave birth to twins, Judah and Veida. For the sake of a heir, Veida was deemed to be the older of the two.
As an infant, Veida was fed a devil fruit by his father, who had gone behind the back of his wife in order to make his heir as strong as possible. Even as an infant, Veida had started to develop abilities because of his fruit, something that would just be written off by Don as a "gift from god". Luckily, or perhaps unluckily, Veida's mother had encountered a many devil fruit on her journey through Paradise and was quick to catch on to what was happening to her child. She would go on to scold her husband and secretly train Veida to control his powers, though because she didn't have a fruit herself there wasn't much she could do to make him stronger.
Meanwhile, Don had developed an incredible connection with Judah and started to forget about his other son, which would cause Veida to slowly develop a hatred for him over the years until his ultimate demise. When he was 13, the World Government had finally decided to step in on the illegal businesses of the Jho family. This wouldn't be the first time they've been involved, as they had done work with Marines on numerous occasions before, but this time they sent Ciper Pol to deal with the problem. When they came for him, Don tried using Veida as a shield to protect him from the agents, except that Veida instead trapped his father and made it easier for the agents to deal with him. Judah and his mother both escaped the attack, never to be seen by Veida again.
Afterwards, one of the agents took in Veida and trained him along with her daughter. Once he became of age, Veida joined the marines.
