There are moments however was her true unfiltered laugh surfaces, a Biopholor sort of laugh in which at one moment they seem totally normal in their expression to suddenly blurting out their laughs like a matured Hyena or more specifically a Borophagus. The laugh does travel quite far and often gives a feel of one's sanity being lost.
Hometown: Water 7 is a city in Paradise known for its shipwrights. It is built atop a massive floating platform, powered by many machinated propellers that keep it from being swept away by the sea. The city itself is built like a fountain, with many water canals connecting its infrastructure as opposed to actual streets. The main modes of transportation inside the city are water bulls that pull boat-like vehicles on their backs. The city is connected to many others via a network of Sea Trains, hence the necessity to keep it in one place through the use of the propellers.
Personality:
The foundation to Lucilia personality is cemented with her practical, patient, and analytical mind and paved with her relentless interest in the potential of everything around her, however, this doesn't specifically lean towards a good or bad moral campus. She could quite easily get behind an endeavour to invent, build or protect something grand however, this goes true to an insanic plan to pull off something crazy; even if it resulted in Destruction.
Speaking of Lucilia morels; she will not stand for corruption, malicious deeds or deeds that block potential and has no problems ending a life without warning or concerns for her future, not that she likes taking lives in fact on her good days it leaves a bad taste in her mouth. She would never kill someone giving their all to protect something dear to them even if they were enemy combatants. "Spooky Huhhh, what has greater potential.. than that of a living dream and one's unrelenting protection".
Lucilia can be quite stiff when pushed or rushed and unbendable is quite methodical and often thinks out her course of action and analysis as much information as she can while being true to herself. Her practically often overshadows her expression of her deeper emotions, along with her softer and affectionate feelings towards others. showing her love for family and friends in what she does for them rather than words.

Lucilia L Ivid was born during the year of 1810 on the island of Water 7 in the grand line as part of a really strange family with each having their own weird quirks from relentless thirst for combat to an unfounded loyalty to those in white and blue even a clown of a brother who was and still is obsessed with practical jokes on large scales. Her brother Lucifer wanted to leave his sense of humour mark on the world as he painted it with his acts of chaos and Art on the world “Every Rose has its thorns. hah ahh haha”.
Her farther and Antinrecus was a Marine and a respected one at that, and so were several other members of her family, but it was her father who raised her to understand justice and the importance the marines had in this world, and why everyone calling themselves a pirate needed to be stopped, however, even as early as three years old the idea of absolute justice didn't sit well with Lucilia, not that she understood things in a grander scale.
She was born on Water 7 as her mother was a member of a cypher pole unit based on this island.

6 Months into the Year of 1814 Lucilia experienced a very scary situation that would start her separation from her family and start the story in which lead her to travel the path in which she currently does today despite her true beliefs. Her family as a unit where travelling throughout a mountain range, Lucilia was being held within a rucksack on her fathers back as they scaled the largest slowly. “Fate wasn’t on their side” Their world changed at the worst moment into a snow globe as vicious winds, and waves of snow impacted the mountain the very side of their climb “Karen Karen, are you their “ Antinrecus shouted as his sight betrayed him with the endless flakes falling from above “Yes Yes, I'm next you so stop shouting” her sight hadn’t betrayed her and she could easily see him. Antinrecus twisted the bag on his back around so it was now on his stomach, taking a quick glance at Lucilia before taking another step up the mountain in hopes of reaching a nearby cave. “Victoria is okay also you know” “She's a Cipher pol agent, she can handle herself” rage bubbled upon Karen's face “Are you suggesting I can’t look after myself” he rolled his eyes in response “Well” “WELL!” “You remember the time we went surfing” “Really you're bringing that up, there was a SHARK that knew Haki? A Shark” The two would continue squabbling for several minutes as they climbed up the mountain with their family, however, no one had noticed that the bag holding Lucilia had broken sending her into the lands below
It would take an entire week for Lucilia to be located by her family, during which time she was rescued from being bear food by a lovely Black Wolf Shadow, and White Wolf Sassy who warmed her, fed her and even entertained her making her feel safe, it was just by chance that Lucilia had met the kindness animals in the forest. She was found by Victoria who took her home thanking the Animals with not only food but a means to locate Lucilia in the future.
Three more events happened in Lucilia life including being kidnapped by a lonely boy[The Lock] to make her his friend by locking her in a house, the boy ended up being killed by her Father in the name of absolute justice something Lucilia has still not forgiven to this day.
Other two events would be called
The Rabbit Hole and The Good Pirate Casper [I am going to flashback these events, so would rather keep details hush hush, I would say how they affected Lucilia though] [Lock] removed her trust in her father and the idea of Absolute justice he represented, [The Rabbit Hole] made her a little bit crazy and caused her playful nature she has today to flourish with aspects of sadistic tendencies to bloom together. [The Good pirate] she learned the truth about the spectrum of Pirates and how there were scum, freedom seekers and full-blown decent people.
Lucilia was trained in the ways of the Marines and the fighting methods of her auntie a member of Cipher pole a government group, however, she was never privy to the details of that group and the true nature of what her Aunt did, however, the abilities her Aunt demonstrated were amazing. The ability to Fly, shoot waves and even cut things from a distance not to mention two-handed method she used to chop down trees. Victoria had called these skills the six powers of cuteness Poke[Shigun], Wing Attack [Rankyaku] Run [Soru] CTT [ Tekkai ] Windy [Kamie] Reach for the sky [Geppo] and tree smasher Rokuogan and had spent quite some time trying to teach Lucilia, However, Lucilia was unable to learn them in their normal forms and in fact ended up combining them together into something new such has Shi and Yaku in order to create a sort of Cannon shot of air from her fists.
While Lucilia was offered an official position to work for the marines she declined under the principle “I cannot judge the way my father does, I cannot judge a way i don’t understand” and with this in mind she was almost set on living a normal live away from all of this and simply playing her games. Until her brother a few years older than her asked the question “Can you catch me, little sister,,”. This was his last words spoken to Lucilia after a major argument with his father. Lucifer had become a pirate “I do because I can, I can because I want to, I want to because you said I couldn’t”.
Such with this Lucilia decided to become a Pirate herself explaining to her father that she was becoming a Pirate to chase her brother in order to bring him home safely, something she couldn’t do as a marine…”A group that kills without hesitation, with Absolution in the name of Justice surely couldn’t be behind me, when I find my brother” these works struck a chord with her father as he knew she hadn’t forgiven him for killing the young lonely boy who forced her to be a friend, but for Lucilia it was simply a way to chase after her brother in the most elaborate game of Hide and Seek. Lucilia did, however, agree to be a double agent working for the marines while she explored the world of Piracy.
Her current objective is to find her Pirating Brother, living her life to the fullest, remove corruption from the world, and kill the odd pirate for her father who currently is a Marine. She is currently on Orange Town due to her father dropping her off secretly “if you are going to become a Pirate at least start somewhere safe, and I will see you off but remember at all times you are a Double Agent, Cross two many lines and we will be forced to Fight”. “Yeah Yeah”.
