[reject=Claim denied.]I'm afraid simply saying "it's not a logia" about a very clearly logia fruit doesn't make it so. In the chapter where the fruit was introduced, Mochi Mochi no Mi was classified as a logia. The only reason why it ended up a paramecia was that Oda forgot his own rule about how logia fruits are supposed to be naturally occurring substances or phenomena when he first revealed it.

Mochi-Mochi gets an exception because it is a canon fruit (and happens to be controlled by one of my characters, so I'm not worried about having to police it). But, a Plasma-Plasma fruit made in the manner that you described must be a logia fruit.

Please choose another fruit.[/reject]
