Summary:

-In a changed plan, Noah starts working as a smith for Roberta, who lives with her son Leon
-After getting curious about Roberta, Noah is introduced to a client, Blake
-Being presented with a special task, Noah, followed by Leon, visit Blake home
-Blake lives in a small settlement, which tries to actively work against the ruling families
-In an attempt to gain the villagers’ trust, Noah instructs some of them how to fight, also giving a lesson to Leon
-Later that day, Noah and Blake come to an agreement: material aid for some form of protection via the NRA
-During the night, Noah realises how a trio of men look at him. Confronting them, Noah learns they are sent from the Monti family, who try to intimidate him
-Noah than attacks and overwhelms the three, similarly threatening the Monti family and stating demands of his own
-The next day, when Noah accompanies Leon back to town, he learns how some henchmen attacked Roberta, though she was able to handle them on her own
-Noah helps with the repair work, before ultimately staying at her place for longer, as he still has work to do on the island

This sounds fantastic if you know it's happening, but in this case our protagonist, Taiga, merely finds himself arriving at the island with not a scrap to his name. Maybe it was luck or fate, who knows but this was a chance to put a roof over his head.

(As for plot, this is merely an episode to breath some life into the words. Consider this to be Character Development without the hopes any real statistical rewards towards his RP nature)

There are a few workarounds/solutions for this, though:
1. Have the Vengari Federation be World Government-affiliated.
2. Have the bounties be issued by the local government, in which case, Gunner would not technically be affiliated with the Bounty Hunters' Association (BHA) yet.
3. Have a covert marine liaison be working on the Vengari Federation and make them one of Gunner's contacts. They could be taking in the bounties on Gunner's behalf and establishing acting as the relay between him and the BHA.

Summary: No crimes occur during this quest, although three Hikers die in a mysterious avalanche.

Doji plays out the wilderness and encounters a tiger, his mother finds him, and drags him back home for training, scaring away the tiger in the process. Doji and his mother train, and share tea, Doji scores a point and gets cocky. Hanako decides that she will teach her son his first Niten technique, however he is unable to perform it, and breaks down under the pressure. Hanako grows frustrated, and leaves her son with a scar, in response Doji expresses that he needs more help learning the techniques. The two make amends, Doji is able to perform the technique, and as they eat their dinner the tiger returns and joins their household as a pet.

Summary:
Asakura Doji and Dras B. Faron team up to help defend Shimotsuki Village against an incoming force of 100 ronin who have slaughtered a nearby hamlet. Though their training is difficult, it ultimately turns out that the ronin forces are far outclassed by Doji and another of the village's swordsmen; in a tragic turn of events, the oni's bloodthirsty sword demands the life of an innocent, as it was not given the entire army that Doji had promised it, but this accidental murder is not reported, or even noticed by many of the people of the village. In the end, Doji leaves Shimotsuki Village having developed the beginnings of his own style of swordsmanship, but with a heavy conscience for the death of the innocent girl.

Summary: Investigating a treasure map that he’s duped a pair of sailors out of, Richard Maxwell comes to Notice and enlists the help of Asakura Doji. Braving a spire of death traps and automata, the two discover the secrets of the Crypt: one man’s failed attempt at immortality, and another’s attempt to prefect it. Together Doji and ‘Jaguar D. Saul’ crush these dreams, and steal away from the remote destination with gold and gilded beetles. Though they are tailed by a pair of disgruntled scam-victims, these pursuers are thwarted in their attempt to ambush the two, and one of the two is made to return the graverobbers back to Notice.

Largely, the crimes that the two perpetrate are difficult to quantify (grave-robbing, manslaughter, etc.), and were not reported.
